全てにおいて、イギリスのホテルという見地より必要十分という印象。但し、部屋にエアコンがないので、夏場- はお勧めできません。パディントン界隈にしては落ち着いてて夜は静かな印象でした。何より、パディントン駅- に近いことが最大のメリット。スーパーも近くにあり。 エアコンがない。カーパークがない |

駅から比較的近く，徒歩圏内で電車での移動に便利。 シャワールームがやや狭い。しかし，値段からすると仕方ないか。 |

帰りの空港への前泊に駅からちかいここを選んだが、全体的にここは心配りがない。 リフトがついていたこと、バスタブがついていたこと、駅から近いこと、が長所。しかし、従業員もやる気のな- い、やりっぱなしの印象。 ベッドのシーツが足りない大きさで、きちっと挟み込んでない。挟み込めないくらい小ささで夜寒かった。（予- 備の毛布とか置いてない） TVもあるが、ベッドからはるか離れたところで、見にくい。 |

思っていたよりも部屋も広くて清潔に保たれていたので納得の値段でした。日本のホテルと比べてしまうとなん- ですが、こちらのホテルのなかではいいほうだと思います。私はシングルを予約しましたが案内された部屋はツ- インでしたし、４階（日本の５階）で景色もよかったです。私なりに快適に過ごすことができました。 窓の立て付けが悪く、きちんと閉めることができなくて夜寒い思いをしました。唯一のマイナス点といったとこ- ろでしょうか・・・・・。 |

朝食がついていましたが、なかなか美味しかったです。お風呂もバスタブ付きで疲れが取れました。 冷蔵庫がなかったので、飲み物を冷やすことができなかった。 |

隣の部屋の話声がよく聞こえた。しかし疲れていたので気にせずに眠れた。パディントン駅の近くなのでヒース- ロー空港には便利だったし、地下鉄で市内中心部へも便利だった。 ベッドのスプリンングが柔らかすぎる。 |

The bed linen was exceptionally clean and the staff were relatively friendly. The lift is slow and tiny (too small for a hotel of this size). When I arrived just before 11 the cafe bar was closed - no way of getting a drink? No room service? The hotel needs triple glazing as it is so incredibly noisy and it is far too hot (surely this must be costing the hotel a fortune in heating bills?). I could not turn off the radiator and the chap from reception kindly came to my room and turned it off for me. |

A very confortable, welcoming hotel. Very helpful staff. When we reported that we were unable to remove the bath plug, and that we had to use a nail file. Nothing was done. |

I had an attic room so had a good night's sleep. Also the continental breakfast was quite good. The room was OK but I had to call the janitor to replace a fuse in the tea-maker and I also told them that there was a sharp nail protruding upward on the toilet top. |

Not much - but at least it was conveniently close to railway station My comments obviously only apply to the areas I came into direct contact with - the lift, the 5th floor corridor and the room allocated to me. At best these can be described as 'very tired'! I found my room (519) extremely utilitarian. - In this day and age I would have have expected a tv with remote control at the very least - not to mention a comprehensive selection of channels. . Maybe the rooms on the lower floors are better appointed, but I found mine extremely cramped and was very disappointed by my short stay. |

The location to the trains. overall the room was mediocre compared to the pictures on the website profile. We had to ask for a TV remote and it was provided the next day. There was no wardrobes in the room (although size of room wouldnt fit in wardrobe anyway)hanging bars were provided with six hangers. If we were staying for longer you would certainly not be able to hang up your clothing. |

The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. I have never stayed in such a shabby hotel. The rooms I saw were just big enough for the bed and to pass someone you had to climb on the bed or chair. The wallpaper was patched in so amny places it looked like a quilt and the windows were cracked with a curtain which can't have been washed for 10 years. The stairwell carpet was so threadbare that you walked on the underlay and not carpet pile. |

The location was perfect - walking to Paddington Station. The breakfast was great. The price was right. The room was very small, but expected, and very tired, but clean. |

The location,rate &accomodation is just perfect for a tourist to explore the heart of the city of London and Westminster.Very accessible via bus routes & underground transport. I'd rather say the positve aspect,as mentioned above. |
