Наличие хорошо информированного русскоговорящего персонала- огромное спасибо Денису. Прекрасное местоположение относительно центра города. Шаговая доступность к узловым центрам транспорта-автобус,метро,железная дорога. освежить интерьер номеров. |

Самое главное достоинство этого отеля - его расположение. 2 мин. пешком до вокзала Педингтон, рядом автобусная остановка. Когда нет брести пешком вечером - привезут к подъезду. Для тех кто едет "дикарем" в Лондон и Англию - лучше не придумаешь, Прилетели в Хитроу, сели на Хитроу коннект (не путать с экспресс, он на 10 фунтов дороже), и через 25 мин Вы в номере. Все Виндзоры, Бады.. Более нелепой ситуации, как застрять в лифте отеля, когда летишь домой и время расписано по минутам, придумать сложно. Тем не менее я застряла в лифте с чемоданом, сидела 45 минут - дальше дорисуйте картину сами. Пресловутые слова с ресепшена, т.к. я застряла почти на граунд фло, мадам - ту минитс, превратились в 45 минут безнадеги. ГОСПОДА ВЛАДЕЛЬЦЫ ОТЕЛЯ !!!! |

Чистота номера, адекватный reseption, тишина в номере. Номер находился в полу-подвальном помещении и окно окрывалось не полностью - можно было бы сделать форточку. Фен то работал, то нет. |

Relatively pure room. Very poor breakfast (in compareson with the price). Small, uneqipped room:no refrigerator, no wardrobe, I have used the hotel two times and any time at got the ground floor room and it vas not good: noise, disorder in front of the windows, afraid of open the windows (thievs ... ).: never more!!! |

Only the location is interesting. I think this hotel is overpriced for the comfort. Everything is old (in teh sense of needing some kind of intervention) and tehrefore not too pleasant to look at. |

It was a good location, which is all that's good about it...... The room was shabby, unsecure (french doors to balcony did not shut properly or lock), the bathroom was the horriblest one I've ever seen in a hotel of this star. It had excessive black mould, rotten timber door and frame, water leaks from the loo/bath? plus from above coming out of the ceiling light, pubic hairs on bath and loo, say no more! Awful!! When we complained to the reception staff we were not offered any apology but just told that they would rehome us for when we returned after a day of sightseeing. They took our luggage and told us to leave it by the reception desk until a porter came to collect it. We were worried that it might have been left there for anybody to carry away, so waited in the lounge area until we saw the porter arrive to remove it to the secure storage area. Not something that we feel we should have had to watch over....... We were also mis informed over the times for breakfast when we checked in, which also meant we missed the slot for breakfast too.... Very bad hotel, worst I've stayed in. |

Location Very hot 5th floor, my room 502 was excessively hot and fan didnt work. Had strangers knocking on my door 3 times during night. I have groups coming to London every month, we will not be staying here again. |

Nice location close to Paddington Station (= Tube connections O.K.). The hotel is in need of renovations, E.G. in one room the window couldn't be opened because the frame had rotten down, the other room's window had lost the counterweight and did not stay open, only hot water coming from the shower etc.The hotel staff was helpful and we changed rooms two times before we got bored of it. |

Location - close to tube stations. Size - not too big I was in a top floor room during a hot spell and the lack of air-conditioning made it very difficult to sleep. |

Location The room was soooo hot at night it was impossible to sleep. There was a fan but this just wasn't up to the job! And the window only opened about 3 inches! |

Location was quiet for London. Staff were friendly. Beds were good. Overall it was fine. The leg of the bedside table between the beds was broken and therefore not supporting the table. Breakfast a little basic - could do with an uplift ! |

the rooms were nice and clean and the hotel is in a really good position for access to central london. it was very hot when we stayed there, could have done with some air conditioning. |

Close proximity to Paddington. Staff friendly. We stayed on the 5th floor(top) and it was like a sauna. No air conditioning although they had a fan in the room which did nothing. Shower awful. never again . |

Location wer - it was close to Paddington station and was very easy to get to The staff were freindly and helpful yes - the bedroom was very very dated. Bathroom was tiny and wood peeling off the bathroom door. Room was very hot and had no air con. . Generally, a shabby, old bedroom.Suppose you get what you pay for - but £89 for the small room still left a lot to be desired. The internet made the hotel look better than it actually is |

Have a good localization, clean but the room was to small and old. The price is not ajustable to the hotel characteristics. |
