Waiting 40 minutes to check in as nobody was at reception and the door was locked. Nobody was answering the door bell and the phone number on the door went straight to answerphone.
EVERY THING ONLY FOR OUR BATHROOM
THE BATHROOM VERY NICE BUT TO SMALL
We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely rooms and comfortable bed, breakfast was lovely good choice of cereal, plenty of toast & full English cooked to perfection with tea or coffee & fruit juice we will be returning next time we are in Blackpool as we also had our own parking space which isn't always possible in blackpool.
The location easy access to any area. Rooms very clean, quiet at night. Friendly staff. A most enjoyable stay
Room was abit too cold for my liking
The owner, Mike, is a excellent host, attention to detail is first class, This is a well run establishment located just across the road from bus and tram stop at bispham, plenty of local nearby restaurants to choose from, nice quiet hotel, no bar bus plenty other hotels nearby if you fancy a drink, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, excellent breakfast hotel, then give it a try. It is the first hotel we try to book into anytime we are visiting blackpool and we have stayed in quite a few, north grange always first choice..
very clean very friendly breakfast was very good bed was comfy just could not fault at all would def go again
View from the room lovely. Nice and quiet.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
the mattress in our room could have been better
The room was very very clean, bed was comfy, lovely hot shower, the staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious! Has a lift which was handy! Great sea view room too!
Decor and furniture could do with an update as was very old in the rooms, reception and breakfast room not too bad!
the bar looked lovely but unfortunately it was closed so hubby was a little disappointed he didn't get an evening pint!
Lovely quiet location , close to tram station . Nice sea view . Excellent breakfast !
Room smaller than expected , no hair dryer as advertised , bar not open . Had requested a bottle of wine for our room but not there !
Right on the prom. Breakfast Clean Value for money
Couldnt open the bedroom windows to get fresh air.
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was opposite a tram stop so a great location. Bed was comfortable and view was great.
Hotel decor was very tired. They have obviously re-carpeted the hall stairs and landings recently but did not bother to repaint beforehand. Room was a bit grubby and the bathroom was mouldy. Pretty overpriced for the quality.
Breakfast brilliant Quiet Close to tram stop Clean
Nothing bad to say
Great location, almost right across the street from a tram station, lots of local restaurants nearby, Sainsburys is about a 5 minute walk down the same street. Room and building were clean and in very good condition. Parking right in front of the hotel.
Seaside view rooms are also streetside view so if you sleep with the window open it might be difficult to stay asleep with all the street noise, not really the fault of the hotel, but it's something to keep in mind.
The breakfast was very disappointing. the eggs were hard, baked beans and tinned tomatoes not what I would expect.
Breakfast soo good!! Staff very helpfull comfy bed lovely view from window. location great for tram transport
no coasters in bedroom, only tea and coffee, no fruit teas or hot choc, but shop near by.
Excellent value for money
Believe it or not the breakfasts were too big but that wouldn't stop me coming again You could probably save money by giving guests the option of not having something. Also on one occasion my tea didn't arrive so always remember to do a follow up question after serving.
Very good breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. More or less opposite Bispham tram stop for good links in to town.
Hotel on the seafront in Bispham. Close to shops and restaurants. Very clean and the proprietors are so helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nothing too much trouble.
My grandson (9) and I received a very warm welcome. The room was cosy and the breakfast excellent. Although 3 stars, my grandson said it should be 5 stars. Bispham is a quiet area but the tram system made it simple to access the amenities at a reasonable cost.
Great location. Opposite tram and bus stop. Fish and chip restaurant just round the corner. Friendly chatty staff. Very clean and tidy. Lovely hot breakfast.
Little bit disappointed the bar and lounge were not in use as stated on website, it's nice to have somewhere to sit at night without having to go out.
Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, very friendly and polite staff, reasonably priced.
No bar, tho you could bring your own drinks in to consume on site.
Could not get in when arrived and no one answered phone at first. No bar open for refreshments, no food allowed in rooms, a lot of people staying in B & B buy food to take back to room
the stairs the fact that the proprietors were very concerned about food in the rooms because of the comfort of others. However, they do not worry about a curfew and the doors slam everytime they are opened and shut and the young men in the room across from us were in and out of the room 6 times between midnight and 3pm - very hard for me to sleep. they were not noisy, but the doors should be fixed with some foam or something to stop noise. also the old keys made a hell of a noise when they locked it.
