The most friendly welcome you can imagine!

Incredibly attentive owner who made us very welcome. It was also within easy driving distance of the person I'd gone to visit.

First impression was how calming the decor felt. Place was spotless and staff helpful and friendly. Would definately stay there again and recommend to family and friends

Easy to find. Man who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Very clean throughout and far better than we were expecting. Bedroom was equally nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. Dining room was "home from home" with lovely relaxing music rather than nasty comercial radio as often found. There was even a bookcase with a range of interesting books. Not only was there a great range of cereals/fruit juices etc but they were presented so thoughtfully. The whole place showed that the owners had put an awful lot of thought into presentation with lovely colourschemes. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Could not fault the location or the hospitality. Will be staying here every year when we do the nw Stages rally. Lovely and clean with modern facilities. Just great for a weekend away.

I am so impressed with the hotel as it is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner(s) are very happy to fit in with your needs and as I am working in the locality, and have to be on site at 8.00 A.M., this falls outside the usual breakfast time but there was absolutely no problem in providing me with an earlier breakfast! I am so delighted with the hotel that I have already booked to say for several days over the next 3 weeks as my business needs continue. If you could rate a hotel 12 out of 10 then that would be my score!!!

We had a lovely time at North Grange, Sandra & John and Michael, really took care of us, and were very helpful and great company, the tasty breakfast was 'top class' with the sausage and bacon sourced locally, plenty cereals on offer, and fruit juice. The room (we stayed in room 3) was roomy and very clean, with a great seaview. Also liked the freedom of being able to come and go as we pleased, with having our own front door key. As for location, there are plenty of places to choose from to eat, right around the corner!! We are both looking forward to staying again. See you soon Steve and Hayley :>)

This is a nice family hotel,mick the manager was very nice,and the breakfast was great,highly recomended!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, it has been modernised to a good standard, the breakfast was fabulous and the location perfect for access to central Blackpool with the tram station virtually opposite. The Hotels biggest asset is probably Michael ,the manager, who can not do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back!!!

The only thing we liked about the b&b was the breakfast.

All the guests were left to their own resources just wondering about looking for help, facilities closed (bar) or lacking in rooms, no staff available to sort issues, cold rooms, we would not even consider using the bathroom after first look :(((( Just bizarre - not 3 star!

Convenient location. Included breakfast was good value.

Rooms were a bit on the small size.
