Parking at front on hotel was great. The location is handy for trams and north end of Blackpool which suits as fine.

Owner was very hospitable and let us keep our room late to enable me to take a shower following running a marathon. Breakfast was excellent

In a convenient location near shops and cafes in bispham on the bus/tram route to blackpool town centre or to fleetwood in the other direction ,hotel was clean Owners were friendly and good breakfast offered .

heating in room not on when I arrived so room was freezing cold but soon warmed up when turned on so not a problem for long .

The booking stated king size bed but we were given a normal double bed in a room that had no hanging space for clothes. We were moved to a king size bedroom the following night which was very good of the owner. He showed me the booking from booking.com which did not specify a king size bed although my confirmation booking did state a king size bed.

It is a well placed quiet area of Blackpool near to a bus stop and tram stop. Michael was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Our room was clean, very well set out and comfortable with two easy chairs not always available at other B&Bs Breakfast was splendid and beautifully cooked and presented. Plenty of cereal choices including porridge. Lovely comfortable lounge and bar. Round the corner the street had a wide variety of eating places catering for everybody's needs. Staff very helpful and chatty. Very good experience ,all round value for money. We shall be returning next year.

Nothing major wrong but if you had any problemsyou could be assured that they would be sorted quickly.

The room was fairly good and breakfast was very good

The literature in our room stated that all room faced the sea front, however ours was at the back of building looking out on other houses and hotels. Although there was a cold tap on the basin in bathroom there was now cold water owner left a small bottle of spring water for our used, not very good. We also feel that dining should have been on the ground floor overlooking the seafront and not in the basement. Because of the above we would not stay there again. Hotel classed as 3 star should be down graded to 2 star.

Friendly staff

Breakfast stopped at 09:15 on Sunday and Monday and 09:00 on the Saturday. If relaxing at a weekend would have liked a later finish for breakfast. Bar was never open! Had to ask for hair dryer as none in the rooms

The sea front position

Bedroom sea front window had poor seal and was very draughty and noise from wind

Warm welcome on arrival. Were in our rooms within minutes. Rooms were very clean. Compact but just what we needed for a weekend break. Location was great. We went to Blackpool to see the illuminations. North Grange were at the North end of the lights so we walked down past the Tower to Pleasure Beach. It was a good walk which would be too far for small children but the hotel is almost directly opposite the tram stop which ran on a regular basis. There was a comfortable lounge area and bar of required. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, served in a downstairs room which was very cosy. Staff were friendly and always smiling. Would recommend.

Would have liked a hair dryer in my room, but only because I forgot mine!

The accommodation was warm and inviting, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We have already told our relatives about our stay and our niece is hoping to stay there at the weekend.

liked the fact my dog was welcome, really friendly place would happily stay there again, lovely breakfast, comfy room, good value.

The staff, very helpful. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, cereal (did not count but at least 6 or 7) the cooked English was excellent a good start to the day.
