Situated on the Skegness’s North Promenade seafront, North Parade Guest Accommodation offers limited free parking and an on-site restaurant. Rooms overlook the sea, bowling green or rose gardens. The North Parade has a well-stocked bar, which during the winter season has limited opening but in the season there is bingo, games and entertainment. There is a guest lounge and a dining room serving breakfast and fresh home-cooked evening meals. All rooms have private bathrooms and provide tea/coffee-making facilities and TVs, while hairdryers are ironing equipment is also available. There is an elevator to all floors of the property. The Embassy Center, Pier and Amusements are a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop situated outside the North Parade. Loved our stay, very friendly, welcoming, clean, brilliant view from family room and great location we will be staying again Decor is a little dated, but not essential as was very pleasant experience

was made to feel welcome. the staff were helpful and friendly.the hotel was in a perfect spot and very good value. ensuit was on the small side, but lookily we didnt need to use this.

the north parade had very friendly staff and the owners were great the rooms were nice and clean and the food was great i went for the scooter really with my scooter and two friends and i can,t wait till the next one at skegness thanks for a great weekend from anthony dawes liny dob and ste simms

Friendly staff, lovely lean room with nice ensuite, tea & coffee facilities and comfortable bed The only that opened was so small that I would have been unable to stay in the room if the weather had been hot as it would have been airless

Condition of the rooms was old, not well looked after, not that clean. My wife was ill, and I asked if we could cancel her breakfast and they said that was ok. But when I checked they hadn't refunded the money. When I asked they stated they don't do refunds on breakfast. They could have told us that at the time

Friendly, helpful and professional attitude of staff and owners, friendly welcome and good local advice. We found the hotel could generally have warmer, even allowing for the wind. found the evening meal to be expensive when compared to local hotels that some of the party have visited.

The front room we stayed in was facing the sea which was nice and the room was a good size. All the shops, restaurants, arcades etc was in good walking distance. The breakfast was yummy and filling. :) We found the room we stayed in wasn't very warm, and the radiator did not warm up enough even though we turned it up. The quilt cover was very thin considering its the winter we thought it would of been thicker.
