The room One of the staff members knocking on the door telling us to be quiet. It was seven o clocks in the morning and it was only the kids chatting. It really spoilt our stay and made us worried.about making any noise. I always thought the premier inn was child friendly and this really disapointed me and my family.

Convenient location, clean, quiet. Good food venue (varied evening menu) All round a good place to overnight The windon in my room (3) did not seat correctly and allowed a draft in. This would normally not be a problem but a strong cold wind was blowing directy on the window. Other than that the room was good.

The only good item was the staff who tried their best at all times. Very expensive at £92.50 bed and breakfast for what it is, a basic hotel. Unfortunately Northampton was full on the night of our visit but in future we will hope to have more warning on our intended visit and will avoid this hotel. A more appropriate price would be the £29 advertised on most walls!!!!!

Location between town & country + access to good connecting roads and excellent as a meeting point. Though generally very clean human hair in bath plug hole off-putting. The on duty receptionist - who booked us in - had an accent that was diificult to understand.

The whole weekend was very enjoyable helped by the friendly staff and the clean comfortable hotel We didnt lke the fact that there was no lounge to meet up with our friends and the fact that one of the couples I had booked in were asked for I.D. because they were paying by CASH we found this to be VERY embarrassing

Friendly helpful staff on reception.quiet comfortable room. Adjacent restaurant to premier inn where I had breakfast, left a lot to be desired.Shortage of cups, plates&cutlery.Ran out of bread, milk&spreads.Cups, plates, when replaced came in dribs&drabs ie two or three at a time.Cooked breakfast was cold. Only one member of staff seemed to be on duty in the dining area, doing everything from welcoming guests serving food&clearing tables.Bread when replaced was frozen! Restaurant was very busy. They definately needed more staff on duty.

We have stayed at this hotel for a three nights stay on two occasions now and I must say that we always find the convenience, cleanliness and staff first class. They were particularly helpful when plans were changed at short notice and they were able to arrange our breakfast booking at the nearby pub/restaurant with no problems at all. I can only say that the room was just a touch warm so it would have been nice to cool the room without having to open the window.

Lovely staff. Not far from the motorway. I liked the 30mins free wifi, though not sure why it has to be limited. No phone in the room (needed to contact reception and it's a pain to have to walk there). Very expensive given the limited facilities.

I phoned earlier in the day because knew we wouldn't be arriving until about 9pm and with 2 children under 7 knew we'd need to get straight into bed. When we arrived there were no beds for the children! The poor receptionist had to come up and make our beds.

We were greeted by a lovely, happy and welcoming lady on reception and she could not do enough for us. I felt at home. I could walk around with nothing on my feet. The floors were really clean. The beds were so warm and soft and there was no noise from the next room, even thou there was a family with young children next to us. Would stay again thank you x

All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful The pub next to the Premier Inn was very poor, it wasnt clean, the floor by our table was covered with food debris, my husband said that the gents toilets were disgusting, I didn't venture into the ladies. We ordered a meal and specifically stated that we all had allergies to salad dressings and asked to have 'naked' salad, the salads came out with dressing on, we sent the meals back, the meals went back again because the food was cold, the pub wasn't busy so I don't understand why we had such poor service, we wont stay here again because of this.

Very welcoming - nothing too much trouble. Room very comfortable and breakfast enjoyable. Have stayed at several Premier Inns and find them all the same. Will certainly continue to choose. There was nothing we were unhappy about

The staff were very friendly. We were really impressed by the call before arrival to check our requirements, and the easter egg and colouring sheets available for our daughter.

Very friendly staff who quickly corrected an error in the booking and who did their best to make our stay comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Large red stain on carpet in the room and very poor pillows. We would recommend others to take their own pillows.
