Location was good and eveining lady and gentlemen were both really friendly Option for meal next door although went to local franky and benies
Gentleman in morning wasnt friend room especially bathroom completely stank couldn't open windows at night staying upstairs due to tones of spiders along the top of the building all around, litarly tones Bed was hard didn't personally bother me but my partner got hardly anysleep because of this
Fantastic welcome from Heather who gave us crayons/bubbles for my little girl. Huge bed & comfy pillows, even a fan provided in the room without extra cost! Brilliant view and on ground floor!
The awful smell of smoke coming from the extractor fan in bathroom every time you switched it on! (Room 15)
pleasant, helpful staff, comfortable room. Good access to restaurant.
Not enough plug sockets causing problems for recharging cameras and phones and relaxing. Restaurant staff were not that helpful in the morning for breakfast.
Not well ventilated (stuffy in warm weather) Breakfast buffet resources stretched a bit thin
Hotel generally was good. Staff helpful.
Didn't like the way a member of staff persisted in knocking on my son's room door demanding to know if he was using the travel cot, then when he answered not at that precise moment but yes would be that night, the person went off after replying in a rude way.
The whole package
We were visiting family closeby so the position was good - they were able to meet us for a meal in the restaurant next door. It was also not far off our route to Northumberland via the A1.
Nothing really - I would come again.
the room was clean and spacious
breakfast was not as good as average in premier inns. we had to wait to be seated, the toaster was appalling.the porridge was an inedible sludge.
Staff helpful and welcoming
Industrial estate? Lake? Sewer? A bit smelly outside. Decor ok but a bit tired
The welcome given us by the chap at Reception - very welcoming, interested in the reason for our visit, solicitous of our needs, my wife having a slight mobility problem.
Absence of air conditioning
We had Dinner at the connecting pub - we had to wait over 30 minutes for the meal which was only brought to us after my husband complained about the length of our wait and my meal, which was a roast dinner, was really not nice - it wasn't very warm, it was greasy and there was too much fat on the meat. I am really disappointed as usually all the food we have at a Premier Inn is lovely.
location was good for the aquadrome
breakfast was not good compared to other premier inns and cleanliness
Nice room comfortable bed friendly staff
The price was just twice the value
Friendly service. The team at Premier Inn compiled a free 'F1 Travel Guide' for visitors which was very helpful). Situated 30 mins drive from Silverstone (or 15 mins to the park & ride at Sixfields Leisure Ground). Located next door to a restaurant / pub made it easy to return for a bite and a pint. Good parking facilities and very close access to the motorway.
All but two power sockets where blanked off. If you require a plug for your laptop or maybe charge your iDevice your going to have to unplug the TV. Some late night noise from the adjacent restaurant/pub. No air conditioning. Somewhat pricey for a budget stay but still lower than some of the local prices hiked up around 'F1 Grand Prix' time.
The staff were all very nice and when we had a problem they dealt with it immediately and without quibble.
The place was a bit tired and needed sprucing up.
Very helpfull staff. Good food.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Dont like the fact prices are hiked up when large events are on in this case Silverstone.Yet another example of companies charging extortionate prices beacuse they know people have to pay it.!! Trust the executive board of Premier Inns will get a bigger bonus this year!! Dont forget to reward your staff.. they work very hard indeed.
The staff at the premier inn were lovely, fun, and helpful.
The restaurant next door is to be avoided!
fantastic location the pub next door very polite staff and food was out of this world great value for money
The location was fair with a lovely lake next to hotel.
Whole hotel and eating area appeared unkempt and dirty. Sacks of empty cans and bottles in reception on arrival. Carpets that tended to stick to you feet when walking on them (Mainly in the bar area) Staff didn't appear to be professional and had low standards. Dirty cutlery at breakfast. Evening dining area was more akin to a Butlins Beachcomber bar, rather than a restaurant. Very crowded and very noisy.
Bed! Always know you will get a comfy bed at a premier inn
Shower......was a bit of a dribble rather then a shower
The hotel is set in a fantastic area with lovely walks all around.
Room 20 was in the quiet zone yet the room above had really squeaky floorboards so no point being in the quiet zone.
