Never use wifi I'm sure it good we are very please reception give us deaf fire alam very useful
Location, there isd a pub in the same building
WIFI useless in room
the usual premier inn quality now - good room, good bed, quiet room, nice staff, place to eat next door was good aswell (its not a la carte but its acceptable)
The beds were very comfortable, choice of tv channels, room was in a nice location. polite and friendly staff
2of us stayed only got given one towel though that was easily fixed. Requested check out for 2pm which was accepted but got told at 12 on the day we needed to check out asap which was annoying
the food at the pub was brilliant, along with the service & at a great price too room was very spacious, ideal for families
was charged extra for breakfast, even though it stated that it was included in the room price
Staff on reception were excellent
Stayed from Monday to Friday, didn't like being charged for wifi.
clean room great shower good location
although triple glazed could still hear traffic
queen elenor pub breakfast
very busy car park
Great location, close to Silverstone circuit. Pub/Restaurant attached to hotel was excellent, with great service despite being very busy!
Nothing really. Not the newest Premier Inn and some bits in the room looking slightly tired, but nothing that would stop me staying here again.
All the things Premier Inn does well - good staff, good beds, etc, etc.
It's a schlep from the car parking to the entrance.
We had a good stay at the hotel was very handy for our sons wedding in Towcester. We had no power in the room on our arrival back from the wedding the staff were so helpful in trying to sort it out but were unable to we were too bothered as it was late at night and we were off to bed the staff were so apologetic but it wasn't their fault. I would still go back again.
The pub attached to the Hotel looked a bit tired although the food was good. It was going to shut for a few days for a refurb which it does need.
This hotel was close to my daughter,s house. Usually clean and comfortable, have stayed before. Ok for a family meal in the queen elenor.
The room we had was in the older building, and it showed, the heating was not working. A long hair in the bath! Towels where tired, as was the room
We stayed here after a day at silverstone for the moto gp, good value for money with the pub/restaurant next door.
food at the pub
thought paying £3 a day for internet was a bit mean
Location 6 minuets from venue, friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable room. All staff very friendly
food was lovely, both evening and breakfast, room was spacious and spotless but the best thing was the wonderful and friendly staff, they were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Good location, good food and excellent room size for families.
We (family of 4 with 2 young children) stayed one night prior to travelling on to Santa Pod the following morning. Our room was really spacious even with 2 extra beds. It was clean and all in order. We had a great evening at the pub restaurant next door. The children spent hours in the play area while we were able to enjoy a drink inside. Dinner was cheap n cheerful but enjoyed by all. Breakfast the next day was self service for cereal and toast etc and you could order any cooked breakfast you wanted, perfect.
The restaurant toilets were very smelly fron the corridor, this obviously needs sorting.
easy motorway access. lots of car park space close to the local beauty spots. We have stayed here before and think the staff are really helpful. The queen Eleanor next door is good value for evening meals
Very comfortable bed
Too near the main road
The staff were friendly on arrival and the check in procedure was easy and quick. Breakfast was offered and looked a good choice although I didn't have it. There was an adjoining restaurant with a nice looking menu, again I didn't use it. Room was comfortable, lovely big bed, great shower, everything I needed. You always get what you expect and need with a Premier Inn- no problems at all.
Decor was a little tired and my room was a little dark, but the hotel is in the process of being refurbished. It didn't affect my stay at all and I am sure once refurbished the room will be a bit more fresh and up to date.
Premier inn experience especially Freddie the nightshift chap.
The pub adjoining the hotel. I'm advising you speak to their management urgently. The place is filthy, sticky tables, every glass we used was dirty, changed twice for another dirty glass!! Cutlery, out of 6 pieces, 3 had dried on food on it. The restaurant smells sour, people were walking out holding their nose. The breakfast was horrible, we got up and walked out without eating anything. totally shocking and likely to lose you business. Oh' my wife was ignored when waiting to buy a drink at the bar, not once but every single time. Finally, if you think we are moaners, you couldn't be further from the truth. I have never ever experienced such filth, poor food and uncaring staff! Happy to discuss further if required :-(
Food on site very reasonable
