We had a good stay at the hotel was very handy for our sons wedding in Towcester. We had no power in the room on our arrival back from the wedding the staff were so helpful in trying to sort it out but were unable to we were too bothered as it was late at night and we were off to bed the staff were so apologetic but it wasn't their fault. I would still go back again.
The pub attached to the Hotel looked a bit tired although the food was good. It was going to shut for a few days for a refurb which it does need.
We stayed here after a day at silverstone for the moto gp, good value for money with the pub/restaurant next door.
Location 6 minuets from venue, friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable room. All staff very friendly
food was lovely, both evening and breakfast, room was spacious and spotless but the best thing was the wonderful and friendly staff, they were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Good location, good food and excellent room size for families.
We (family of 4 with 2 young children) stayed one night prior to travelling on to Santa Pod the following morning. Our room was really spacious even with 2 extra beds. It was clean and all in order. We had a great evening at the pub restaurant next door. The children spent hours in the play area while we were able to enjoy a drink inside. Dinner was cheap n cheerful but enjoyed by all. Breakfast the next day was self service for cereal and toast etc and you could order any cooked breakfast you wanted, perfect.
The restaurant toilets were very smelly fron the corridor, this obviously needs sorting.
easy motorway access. lots of car park space close to the local beauty spots. We have stayed here before and think the staff are really helpful. The queen Eleanor next door is good value for evening meals
Very comfortable bed
Too near the main road
The staff were friendly on arrival and the check in procedure was easy and quick. Breakfast was offered and looked a good choice although I didn't have it. There was an adjoining restaurant with a nice looking menu, again I didn't use it. Room was comfortable, lovely big bed, great shower, everything I needed. You always get what you expect and need with a Premier Inn- no problems at all.
Decor was a little tired and my room was a little dark, but the hotel is in the process of being refurbished. It didn't affect my stay at all and I am sure once refurbished the room will be a bit more fresh and up to date.
Premier inn experience especially Freddie the nightshift chap.
The pub adjoining the hotel. I'm advising you speak to their management urgently. The place is filthy, sticky tables, every glass we used was dirty, changed twice for another dirty glass!! Cutlery, out of 6 pieces, 3 had dried on food on it. The restaurant smells sour, people were walking out holding their nose. The breakfast was horrible, we got up and walked out without eating anything. totally shocking and likely to lose you business. Oh' my wife was ignored when waiting to buy a drink at the bar, not once but every single time. Finally, if you think we are moaners, you couldn't be further from the truth. I have never ever experienced such filth, poor food and uncaring staff! Happy to discuss further if required :-(
Food on site very reasonable
Evening meal at the Fayre & Square was awful. The prawn cocktail looked like a DIY job, and the chicken New Yorker was the worst I have ever had at any F & S. Never again...
Stayed in the quite zone had a great nights sleep and staff were polite and helpfull thank you for having us.
They accommodated my request for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. Food was good value and plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful.
Staff were excellent in the hotel and the connecting pub, food was good and value for money with excellent swift service, they opened for breakfast early (6am) to allow travellers to attend Silverstone early. The bed was huge and so comfortable. We were in the annex and would request that again. We both felt hospitality in our area could benefit from a stay here to see how to manage a busy hotel and restaurant efficiently and in a friendly manner.
We liked everything
staff were excellent
The bread for breakfast was not fresh any morning. It was either stale or had been in a freezer for a while and defrosted. Same for croissants and all other forms of bread.
good size room and bed.
poor signage to hotel. difficult to find
Very clean and comfortable nights sleep.
The meals in the pub next door were too big, just order kids portions, there adult size.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Reception staff made us feel real welcome. Convenient with restaurant next door.
Not a real problem, but we had some difficulty to locate the hotel - even with GPS.
I realy enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was exceptional . You would set your alarm to get up in the middle of the night to eat it . The ribs and lasagne were amazing . Bed was really comfortable . Say hi to frank he was so great and was second to none. If I was back id stay with ye again. Room were great shower and bath perfect . Thanks for all yer help. The bar was lovely aswell and all staff . So thanks to all that work there ....
Good access from trunk road
Bed was uncomfortable. Workmen digging outside my window at 8am. Not everyone is going to work in the morning so didnt need to be woken. Housekeeping staff shouting in the corridor about which rooms needed servicing. Breakfast not available after 9am without notice. Overall not a great stay. Sorry
The room and the service were excellent. Staff very polite and helpful.
The price was a little high.
