Northbeach Hotel  

Room was clean spacious & comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly

The room was comfortable.

The shower did not work very well - the water was either really hot, or really cold. There was no hairdryer in the room.

There were no room booked when I arrived. The hotel was full. I slept in a room in which the smell of painting was really strong. I couldn't use the bathroom because it wasn't completely built.

Location to transport public transport very good, friendly welcoming staff, and good service

Room decor was beautiful. Facilities were good Excellent central location

No heating system on through the night, or hot water. Couldn't get to sleep.

Didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities as meeting people in Ayr. Only gripe was the pillows.... too high and hard for me.

Dining Room food excellent.

The rooms were very cold, we told the manager who said he had just switched on the heating, which never came on the duration of our stay

Had to go to a different hotel along the road for breakfast. Lounge area not open till lunch time.

Good location, price.

Bathroom was not clean, handrails for the towels were broken, kettle did not work properly, it was hard to turn the heating on/off.

i like the location,it is really close from the train station,wich is awsome when travelling.

that i haven't sleep in the hotel that i booked.i was booked in the northbeach hotel but for no reason they sent me to the other one rigth beside it,because it was full,i booked my bedroom 4 days before and on their website was nothing about it.they didn't even said sorry for it,so i had to accept because it was late and i was walking.

website advertised bar open unit midnight, however was closed early, website gave us option for smoking in room, but was told otherwise when we got to hotel.

It's location, close to the airport and train station. Also loved the breakfast. Was excellent value too.

Having to wake someone up at midnight to check in. We did let them know in advance that we wold be cheking in at midnight due to a late flight from Malta.

Room was cold (draught from window) room 4 and as we left at 7am their were no facilates for a breakfast

The rooms were very spacious and everything was crisp and clean. The outlook over the golf course was very nice. It was only a 2 minute walk to the train station.

It was a very pleasant hotel in a excellent location for my trip, excellent breakfast.

I could not get a drink when I got there, as the bar was closed, but it was late, so not to worry.
