General quality of interior Spacious Well furnished and equipped

    - Missing shower door - No UHT milk for tea/coffee - Room was cold on occasion despite temp controls - No housekeeping - car park poorly lit (although may be for environmental reasons) - Poorly maintained driveway to chalets - No local amenities

Really pleasant accommodation, clean, light and modern. Lovely comfy bed! Great to have independence by use of the kitchen and lounge area. Excellent location and perfect for trips in to Farnham.

No lid on the loo! No sign of any staff, but that was not a problem.

Clean, modern accommodation in woodland setting. Warm and comfortable.

Arrived on a dark, wet evening, poor signage and directions meant I drove around for a while looking for the entrance and then found it difficult to find the notice which allocated the relevant dwelling. No sign of any staff, just a mobile number on the notice.

    Lots of space.

No staff available. left completely to ones own devices which, for an overnight stay is not brilliant. Lights in bedroom not working properly, no lock to the front door, could not even make a cup of tea. It is a holiday destination, not for the overnight traveler.

    Clean rooms and friendly staff

No hot water for 2 days in our rooms, when we told staff we offered us another nights stay instead of refund. Disappointing with the way it was handled.

The efforts the duty staff made to supply us with electric heaters

There was no heating. The duty staff had not been properley trained on how to rectify the central heating when it did not come on. the apartment was freezing. Locks did not work to one of the bedrooms. The shower flooded, my husband had to clear the drain to the shower. The lounge ara seating was poor.

    Loverly setting

The shared spaces and terrible sliding doors that don't shut .... and they "forgot" our breakfast !! very poor

The setting/location was lovely, secluded but yet very accessible to many of the surrounding towns. It was a very well equipped accommodation and very clean.

We did not like the fact that there were no keys to the accommodation and therefore had to rely on remembering door codes.
