Nothing ,it should not be allowed to be called a hotel

The hole place .It was filthy I doubt if it ever gets cleaned ,please be aware and DON'T waste your money.

nice budgeted hotel dont expect hilton or sherton status if you want nice neat and clean hotel with comfort near to tube station and town centre then this is the best chioc please if u put like that feindly staff ---

The hotel is lovely - clean and cosy. Staff were brilliant - very friendly and ready to help, I felt myself like at home. To recommend!

I really liked the staff. It was reasonably priced. It had car-parking facilities. Nice to have a fridge in the room but it was a bit noisy at night.

The room felt like it had been lived in a little bit too much - a couple of burn marks but the bedding was clean.

The location was near the tube station,excellent fish n chip shop,indian restaurant,3 wishes pub very friendly.

The hotel could do with a lick of paint,rooms were unclean,although the staff were very helpful it was disorganised,i know it was only bnb,but you do expect a plug in the sink and the curtains to fit.

When u turn up at this place it looks nothing like it does when bookings and that goes for the decor and everything else, it smells of dampness the netting on the windows says it all on arrival.......the rooms are very tacky,the bathroom on the landing is disgusting, I opened the window for some fresh air and to be greeted with 1000 fag ends and the stench was awful, if anything I would want my money back,im a contractor and not fussy where I stay but this is the taking it to the mark,save yourself the torture and sleep in the car!!!!! ***Do not stay here***

Close to underground train

Night reception man threatening to kill girlfriend (emma), cockroaches in room, hair in shower, stale smell in fridge, window did not close, no plug on tv, list is endless

The friendly and accommodating welcome. The owner couldn't do enough to make the stay pleasant

Staff are very nice people and very helpful. Location is very accessible, it was near the train station.

There was nothing good to report about the night spent in north harrow guest house.

I dont know where to start, from arrival to departure my overnight stay was a disaster!.My room was outdated, dirty and dangerous! Replacing the bed side bible was used chewing gum along with a few cigarette ends! A leaking fridge was dangerously balanced on top of a slim set of draws over an electrical socket! No towel in the bathroom, upon enquiry at reception I was told we have no clean TOWELS!,but was handed a quilt cover instead!.The decorator must have been blind as most of the walls were patchy but the light sockets were painted pretty well. The room overall was of poor standard nothing at all resembled the false advertising of the north harrow guest house. My pictures are certainly different to the above! Watchdog and the health and safety would have a field day here! I am not one to moan or complain but also would like to warn other potential residents that north harrow guest house is not up to humane standards of living!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very near to a bus station and the underground station. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was very delicious!

Die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich in den letzten 20 jahren erlebt habe.unsaubere zimmer, schimmel an den wänden,wir sind in 3 verschiedenen zimmern gewesen,das erste war zu gammelig,das zweite extrem laut(Strasse , keine fensterisolierung),das dritte verraucht, mit alten kippen und tabak im nachtschrank obwohl angeblich ein nichtraucherhotel,kaputtes fenster mit Tesafilm geklebt usw.....

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Betten waren gut.

Das Bad war nicht hygienisch genug. Die Türen waren marode. Etwas zu eng im zimmer. Einige Zimmer haben nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken.

Schon als wir das 'Hotel' betraten empfing uns ein unangenehmer Geruch. Der volle Preis musste bei Anreise bezahlt werden, die Quittung bekam man jedoch nur auf Nachfrage. Auch um ein Handtuch musste man fragen, Seife im Bad war nicht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sowie der Bäder ist nur als unterirdisch zu bezeichnen. Der Boden, die Dusche und der Speiseraum sind komplett verdreckt bzw. Verschimmelt. Aus einem vergammelten Kühlschrank schlug einem ekelerregender Gestank entgegen, die Wände sind kahl und weiß. Auch das 'Continental breakfast' ist nicht als solches zu bezeichnen. Pro Person gab es zwei Scheiben Toast sowie pro Tisch ein (verdreckes) Glas Marmelade. Käse gab es nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage. Schokopops etc. waren in Dosen vorhanden, die man kaum anfassen mochte. Der Besitzer darauf angesprochen erwiederte nur:'ich muss keinen Käse etc. bereitstellen. Das gehört nicht zum continental breakfast.' Als wir eines Abends ins 'Hotel' kamen, befand sich ein anderer Mann in einem unserer Zimmer. Die Sachen.lagen auf dem dreckigen Fußboden - der Besitzer entschuldigte sich nicht einmal für seinen Fehler(nur, als man ihn bei Abreise darauf ansprach). Fazit: Ich rate jedem davon ab, dort zu übernachten!

Pas d’eau chaude le deuxième soir !!! Propreté de la chambre très moyenne. Très petite salle de bain avec un shampoing presque fini et un savon qui avait déjà servi aux clients précédents. J'ai dû également demander du papier toilette car il ne restait que deux feuilles à l'ancien rouleau. Cuvette des toilettes branlante. Un seul drap de bain par personne. Il y a un frigo, mais utilisable car sa porte reste entre-ouverte. Quant à la télévision ce n'est pas un écran plasma mais un petit écran lcd. Chambre est de bonne taille mais un peut défraîchie et assez bruyante, car d'un côté la route de l'autre côté le train. Terminal carte de crédit en panne, paiement en espèces exigé à notre arrivée, pas de facture.

O custo benefício é muito bom. O Dono e sua família cuidam do lugar e são muito atenciosos.

Fica um pouco longe do centro, porém muito próximo do metrô. A economia compensa.

ノースハロウからだけでなく、ウエストハロウからも全然歩けていけるのがよかったです。

もう少しきれいだったらよかったです。

Was able to have a family room for 4 adults to sleep as travelling with mum & sisters and wanted to share a room. Brought to the attention of the owner our concerns over room and gentleman did everything he could possible do to sort things, replaced both matress'es, and reduced cost of room. He was pleasent at all times, and understood our concerns.

Decor was substandard, matress was ripped and one was badly stained, Shower was too low and pressure was poor so dribbled out. Bathroom was shabby, water ran onto floor when using shower as shower head too close to wall and couldn't be adjusted. Windows dirty. Wardrobe unsteady when opened door it tilted and nearly fell over.

Not much really..Supposed to have plasma screens in each room.Was a very small tv..WIFI Was ok tho.Staff were just about ok,and helpful.

The place was Filthy,Had to ask for tea and coffee to be put in room,also had to ask for towels..Cleanliness at the Dining table was awful.Asked for milk for tea,and he took it from another table where two other people were eating,and had used the jug.The spreads were horrid,full of crumbs from other people,and same with the jam on the table,full of other peoples crumbs and butter etc..We ate out and swerved the Breakfast on second day..The Place is Just Run Down,and Dirty..Never Ever Again..

Équipements tres ancien et en mauvais état, l'hygiene et la propreté laissent à désirer. L'endroit est bruyant et inconfortable. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit
