Quite a spacious room. Polite staff. Close to sea walks. Bath water not hot. Room carpet and furnishings rather tired and worn. Noisy golfing hotel, especially in bar area.

The staff was lovely and very helpful . Only thing was room in the evening got cold and shower was very weak to wash your hair,but the staff where very quick to help . Also by reducing our rate without even asking so very impressed by that :)

Love staying at this hotel because of the view. When i booked was told no sea view avail but i went anyway & on arrival staff had changed rooms around & i had my sea view. staff are great always helpful, friendly

The location was exceptional! A short drive from Skegness town centre and only a few metres from the beach. The golf course was right next to the hotel and the hotel bar and toilets etc were available for golfers. All in all, a great location with excellent facilities particularly for golfers. Thanks for a great stay and I will book at this hotel again without hesitation. The night porter was very miserable, uncommunicative and a 'jobsworth' !

Found the service very good, nice restaurent etc. Was there as a wedding guest and was impressed with the staff and the way the wedding reception and evening function / disco went. Our room No 102 was a decent size but the bathroom was adequqte but a bit small. Nice views of the golf One of the Single Beds needs a new matress very squeeky . TV good and quiet area room service good Well for Skegness I think it is very good Entrance from car park needs to be accessible from a wheel chair person point of view . Although Both me and partner were able bodied certainly would not pass Access for Disabled

Location and price The TV was in the wrong place we had to crane our necks to watch it. Also the golfers were very inconsiderate in the mornings - talking loudly outside of our window.

I felt the decor was slightly dated and could do with a 'facelift' however the food was good, staff excellent. We ended up staying in the annexe due to us complaining about noise in the main hotel. If I returned I would only stay in 'The Lodge'. That was super.

Ideal location for beach walking. Very easy access to main shopping parade within waking distance. The table tops in the bar area are in a terrible state and are very sticky to the touch. They prevented us from sitting at them. The varnish needs removing and recoated ungently.

Staff really friendly. Location just by the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Nice weekend break. Golfers tee off early and can be heard from some rooms!

We like the North Shore Hotel as it is clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are lovely. We take my parents to Skegness twice a year and stay in the area on the Saturday that we drop them off and then on the Friday before they check out of their hotel on the Saturday morning. If the price is right then we try and book here as it is value for money.

The hotel is in a very quiet, lovely location, with views of the sea and golf course. It is a 15 minute walk into Skegness. The rooms are dated but very clean and spacious. We had breakfast which was plentiful and had dinner in the bar which was good value and enjoyable. The golfers arriving in the morning were quite noisy outside our window at 7am, we were awake though, so the noise didn't bother us unduly.

The hotel staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and the breakfast was rearranged for us because of a food intolerance. There was something for everyone and we will definately be booking again in the very near future.
