Very kind staff, clean collective rooms, wifi internet... Extremely noisy from outside : The windows didn't close. Very small rooms with nothing but a bed. |

The room was small and did not have any furniture in it apart from a bed. There was no chair, kettle or wardrobe. There was not even a coat hook. The curtains at the window did not block out the light. I did not stay in the hotel as I had an alternative offer from family. |

Easy access to Kings Cross station for travel around London and for use of the Eurostar. The cleanliness of the room was a downfall, the bed covers had a weird stain and there was a hole in the wall. The curtain did not fit the whole window and their were horrible marks up the wall. There was one toilet out of order and and their was a musty smell in the hotel too. |

well actually not to much i prefare staying at a hostel well i found smoking filters behind the bed that was really disgusting and even i found a red spot on one of the towels ... i think it was blood i dont know |

Location. No headboards to beds, no en-suite facilities to my room, no television in room, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, no mirror in communal shower/wc, no plug for wash hand basin in communal shower/wc, no breakfasts (kitchen undergoing re-fit and directed to nearby Italian Restaurant for £3.00p breakfast but restaurant closed! |

The location near the station is perfect. Our room was simple but clean. The bathroom floors were often wet and didn't look that clean. There is no TV in the rooms. |

The location is great and the staff are kind. Uninteresting room, it had a bed and that's all. White walls and roof without any decoration, much like a hospital room. Although it was apparently clean, it seemed the cleaners never swept the dust below the bed. |

The staff were very helpful and accommodating which is quite rare for a dingy neglected hole like this. The hotel is a neglected hole and you must provide your own fan during warmer weather. Extremely noisy and smelly location despite being a very central. |

It is across the street from King's Cross Station, and it is cheap. The room was hot, the shower was clean but the pressure was terrible, and it was loud. |
