the price 25£ a night for a double room in front of St Pancras and King's cross. it was cold, not very clean, some facilities were broken. I've been in lots of Hostel and budget accommodations, this one isn't the best. the good point is you are not sleeping in a dormitory. |

The staff was really nice even if the hotel is more of a budget one. It was very close to the St Pancras station which was very important for my trip. |

Location was excellent. As was the attached breakfast at DaVinci's. My room was very cold, there was no radiator and it was a basement room. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Room walls could have done with a coat of paint, but this is a minor issue really. |

The only good thing about it is the location. It's just outside the St. Pancras station, convenient if your holidays include a trip to Paris by Eurostar. A very bad place to live in. The room that's supposed to be the "lobby" is nothing more than a sitting room in a bad state, which looks more like a storage room with boxes and tools loose on the floor. While you sit on the couch, you'll see stuff eating in another very untidy room in front of you and talking loud. the shared bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and you have to pay a lot to get one of the 2 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. In there room, there is a mini fridge about 200 years old and a wooden stand that is used as a wardrobe! Moreover, the stuff will refuse to provide you extra pillows. The moment you walk in and you see that dirty reception room, you start wanting to cancel your booking. |

Right outside of Kings Cross station. Friendly and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi. The room was not warm enough in the night when we came back from the city. One of our windows was cracked. |

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The location was also terrific. But the condition of the room was not appealing. The condition of the room and the bathroom options. It was not possible to lock the shower room and the toilet nearly overflowed. |

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff was extremely nice and kind. It's a good place to stay when you have a lot to do and just need a place to sleep at - especially for budget travelers. |

No in room heating. The fire exit was not very accessible. Door to fire exit could not be opened properly because fire exit was blocked 5-6 foot deep with bags of rubbish. Good job there wasn't a fire. |

friendly staff, although agreements to replacing beds have not been met. - the bed has been awfull; sleeping in it has been very uncomfortable; the matras has got a deep hole. - the bathroom has been in lousy condition; the cold water supply has been insufficient and the doorlock has been history. |

The location is excellent, especially if planning international travel as Kings Cross station services many areas. It is relatively cheap, compared to other choices in as central an area. However, you do not get any more than you pay for! |

Getting away from it. Room: in the basement, not even a seat in the room, no place for the clothes, wet smell, bed on the floor. Shared bathroom: including toilets, not clean, people left their towels everywhere. |

The only positive thing to say about the 'hotel', which would have been condemned had it been situated in Denmark, is the location. The description on the website was nowhere near reality. What bothered me was not so much the rank smell of mould, it was more the water streaming down the wall, and it was not so much the dampness of the room it was the squishing of the carpet. And it was not the damp beds that were revolting as it was the dripping wet covers and sheet. Yet we had a pleasant stay in London as we only used the hotel to sleep in. |

I did not like anything about the hotel, the floor outside my room was wet, the bathroom was in a disgusting state with a toilet that had not been cleaned for months, neither had the sink or shower, there was no hot water. In the bedroom, the windows would not close properly, there were used cotton buds and tissue paper lying around, the carpet was coming up from the floor and was dirty. The electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls and the fridge was not working. In the end I left the hotel and found another one at 10.30pm. They did not give me a refund. |
