Big bed Spacious room Allowed to check in early Friendly and helpful staff
Our room was ground flood and close to a dual carriageway, so a little noisy.
Heavy duvets. Lighter ones with sheets and blanket available to cover all seasons. I had brought two light blankets and used the sheet otherwise would have been too warm.
Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Nothing was a problem.
The pub on site was friendly an food was excellent
The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a friendly and helpful person on the desk and easy parking for the car. As an overnight stop this was just what you need.
Second beds too hard From 6am people walking about upstairs and the floor was creaking so unable to sleep. I suggest you look at this issue above bedroom number one. I didnt complain due to time but feel you should honour your good night refund and refund all or some of payment. Regards
Location to the festival at Oulton Park Breakfast Staff - particularly Siobhan who dealt with the breakfast crowd particularly well
Room was very warm even with fan
The reception staff
Only 39 mind free wi fi and uncomfortable beds.
The Staff are very helpful and couldn't do enough for us, it was very clean and a very pleasant stay.
Pub next door
Noises fan in bathroom
Clean and friendly
Noise outside room from people going outside to smoke in all hours of the night, probably due also to also being unable to sleep. Traffic noise and stifling heat in room from having to keep our windows shut, fan just recycled the hot air in the room and we hardly slept a wink.
Staff were great and location was good
room temperature was over 24 and had to ask for fan as it was far to warm for my grandchildren and myself.
Staff were all very helpful. Location was good for our family get together at a local pub. Reception booked cab for us worked a treat. Breakfast at the Blue Cap was great, staff there were also very attentive
The staff were all very helpful.
The bed was not long enough and the mattress was worn sink into the middle my wife is only 5'2 and her feet. We're at the bottom of. The bed. The smallest double bed I have ever stayed in. ( Lenny Henry would have struggled in this bed)
Comfortable and clean
The room got too hot overnight - air con would be appreciated. We had to have the window open and so were disturbed by people and cars outside during the night.
Lady on Reception booked us a taxi quickly. Check in was very speedy. Location was perfect for what we needed.
Bathroom was not comfortable to use. Bed was very uncomfortable.
It was a reasonable price.
Nothing to not like.
The Hotel was lovely and clean. The Breakfast was excellent well worth the money.
Nothing everything was excellent.
The usual Premier Inn standards -comfortable bed, great staff, fine beakfast.
*Accidentally booked a handicapped room- not as nice as usual. * I needed a slightly late check out and staff could have more forthcoming. *If you don't have a car, check the local transport or have the number of local taxis- it's remote.
Excellent food and drink in attached restaurant the Blue Cap.
Poor mobile phone reception.
Clean spacious rooms and the most helpful staff (Kerry) i have come across for a long time, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast (included) at pub next door. Highly recommended.
The staff were wonderful and I had a great night's sleep.Breakfast was very good indeed.
This is a very expensive Premier Inn and I assume its because of the Chester postcode. That's the only negative.
The pub next door was lovely and excellent service
No phone signal in hotel or pub, bed not comfortable sand room cold
Consistancy of room across the brand. Comfort. Warmth. Staff. Quality of food in the linked/adjacent pub.
Bathroom a little tired. Drinks in the linked/adjacent pub were a little expensive.
