The reception staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The TV could have been a bit larger and the reception of channels was not overly good.

On main raod but quietly away from road. Clean. Good breakfast - excellent breakfast staff.

1. Receptionist said I did not have a breakfast included rate and insisted on charging me for breakfast. When I unpacked and produced the 'breakfast included' confirmation she still argued it did not say inclusive (which it did) until I asked her to read the line. Then she said "Well, I can easily refund it". 2. Wifi charge expensive - most hotels no longer charge. 3. Minimal tea and coffee - the meanest I have found for a long time. 4. Bed not particularly comfortable - thin mattress. 5. Only wall-mounted toiletries.

Comfortable bed, quite room.

I could not get a phone signal within the building. The tv was so old it could have featured on the Antiques Road Show. The cost of my room was £80 which I think is too high for a Premier Inn. The bathroom taps are round, which makes it very difficult for people with arthritic hands, the toilet flush is one where you have to push it into the wall, which again means it is difficult to use. Your bathrooms are not friendly for disabled people.

The reception staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant in the Chef & Brewer was right on the doorstep and very good breakfasts served with again very friendly staff. The location was convienient being only a few miles from Chester / Liverpool / Manchester and yet easy to access various National Trust venues.

It was very reasonably priced and close to Oulton Park where we were racing over the weekend. Good restaurant next door.

Not a dislike, but we were on the ground floor during a very muggy spell of weather, which meant that the window had to be left open. The thermostat was stuck on 23° in our room and the open window was the only way to get some air into the room. Of course, it being a Saturday night, there was the obligatory wedding party which was noisy. Not a big issue. Oh.... and for a double room, there was only one set of towels...

Good value for money. Attending a Wedding nearby with my family- perferct for a inexpensive comfortable stay.

Reception Staff are Excellant, arranged taxi's and breakfast and very helpful all the time.

Slept really badly unfortunately - disturbed by customers leaving the attached restaurant/pub and traffic noise. The room was freezing cold when we arrived and the window was left open. We eventually worked out how to put the heater (not immediately obvious and we are not unintelligent) - it then became too hot. For some reason the fan in our bathroom would not go off and remained at a constant, annoying hum for at least an hour and a half after turning the light off in the bathroom. It took a lot of fiddling with the light switch to eventually get it turn off in the middle of the night. All this, coupled with what sounded like a herd of elephants in the room above us, meant that none of us had a decent night's sleep.

The traffic noise and disturbance from other customers leaving the nearby restaurant.

The gentleman on the desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the beds too!
