My mother has mobility problems and I booked a twin room as there was no lift she could not access it! There is nothing on your website that deals with this. Fortunately we had family members also booked in so we swapped otherwise we would have not been able to stay.

Outstanding - great value and the staff where fantastic.

Staff were friedly and helpful. The Brewers Choice pub served good food at a reasonable price. Again staff were helpful.

Difficult to get a taxi from Northwich train station. Poor transport information in Northwich itself.

Friendly greeting. Pleasant and quiet room which was ready even though we arrived early. Opportunity to meet friends for a drink, chat and meal in the restaurant. Good breakfast. No pressure to vacate room in the morning.

Bar staff a little overstretched at times.

You could do with putting a rubber mat in the bath, as it was quite slippery when showering, apart from that everything was fine.

The breakfast. I ordered contintal. Toast, fruitjuice and coffee was all that was on offer, or indicated as on offer.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We chose it for it's proximity to a wedding function we were attending, but would definately stay again. The rooms had everything you needed for a short stay and the breakfast was great. There was plenty to choose from and the cooked breakfast was done exactly to your liking. The bathroom was spacious and I enjoyed a wonderful soak in the bath. I liked the fact that soaps were dispensed rather than dishes of wasteful soap tablets and mini bottles of shampoo. The staff said to let them know if there was anything we needed, so you can't say fairer than that. Thankyou.

I have a picky daughter and the staff made her feel very welcome and provide food as she like it cooked.

The Northwich South hotel was in the right location for what we wanted in the area. It had everything that we wanted as regards facilities and the staff were helpful, and the hotel was at the standard we expected

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming with good customer service skills. The room was comfortable, with usual facilities. The promise of "a great nights sleep" was maintained; the beds were very comfortable and there was no noise transference from the other guests' rooms. The restaurant served good food at reasonable prices all day.

Expensive english breakfast. Bathroom needs updating/ poor shower and rusty pipes showing out of bathroom floor.

The Shower was great. THe cleaning staff were well mannered and friendly. The parking. The position.

Little bit ruff at the edges outside, for example wires showing that could have been housed. Loose tiles on the steps.

Friendly staff, good size room, clean with all the facilities you would want for a weekend stay.

To close to the crossroads where you could hear traffic continually pulling up & pulling away.
