Comfortable stay and excellent staff
Your team are very pro in their customer relations, having worked in hotels and restaurants for the past 34 years and still being the exe chef of a hotel and a public house I find your ethos refreshing, pity your restaurant is not running as it should be, at full capacity, on Friday night I saw just two bar meals served all night, my hotel has 23 rooms and can served up to 100+ covers a day
Two people coming in at 1.30am to try to book a room and caused a scene when asked for a deposit (well done) your receptionist for asking for one, he dealt with this in a very pro manner, on a down side the noise level outside, at 3.00am cars where driving by with music blasting out and people having a row outside did disturb my sleep, but this is out of the control of your team, one last thing as a head chef I think you may have to take a closer look at your menu, ie prices, content etc on a Friday night you should be as I am very busy, your restaurant was empty all night
The rooms are very basic and small. It is good for one night stay but would not stay here longer than that.
For a city trip this hotel is very good and priceworthy
I don't like to spend additional money for Internet connection. This should be of free service
Just 2 tube stops away from Wembley so ideal for visiting stadium Good car parking
We had a nice quiet room
You had to pump the cistern To get it to flush. Yup had to sit at an angle on the toilet as the bathroom was to small.
Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Wifi was fast in the room and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom fixtures and fittings were a little tired and could do with a thorough scrub, but generally clean.
Staff extremely pleasant. Outside smoking area provided -the owners acknowledging that we do exist. Meals good quality, fair price.
Shower curtain too short for bath - funny because this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in which actually has a notice asking you to make sure its inside the bath -deer not possible!
Staff, bar and restaurant
Staff are friendly and helpful.
I have stayed at this hotel twice recently and they have had lots of Italian students. First group were fine but the recent group were running around the hotel until 4am.
The staff were good, After refusing to sleep in damp room we were re housed in better room.
Being given a room with mould growing all around the window, and musty smell in room. A refurbishment of the hotel should a priority for Head Office.
Proximity to Wembley The reception staff were very very helpful. Parking was superb Coffee in the room Lots of storage space
Waiting for bar staff. No working heating in the room. Music from the parties at the hotel. The taps in my room were loose. Maybe a bit heavily priced but it is outer london
Not satisfied with service hence we moved out to Park House Services apartments in middle of our stay which is much better!!
Liked the location. Friendly staff at bar. Rooms were cosy.
Reception staff was very rude not all but few of them and they don't understand the clients needs.
Like the location & very good staff.
Went with my Brother & had booked a twin room but were put in a double room.
Waking up in the morning . Time to go home
The room was in what they call an annex it was around the corner and anyone could gain access as there no hotel staff on the door. The bedroom was very small and grubby . Wallpaper hanging off the wall and badly worn carpet.
The hotel is located within walking distance of the local tube station
It was noisy at night, people running around the halls and talking outside the rooms at 1:30 in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location was good
check in lengthy and difficult no discounts offered for meals 3 staff on reception and no help offered with luggage!!! stairs everywhere - not suitable for elderly/disabled heat in corridor to rooms suffocating décor outdated and walls patched with filler! bathroom door handle broken (locked itself at one stage) toilet blocked - asked to pack our bags/cases even though hotel was booked out! noise from car park awful! no discount offered at checkout or no one asked how we enjoyed our stay!!
Location to high street Location to SSE Arena/Wembley Stadium Breakfast was amazing Price
Room was small (expected for the cheap price) Bed had a lump in the middle so night time cuddles were off the menu!
Very pleasant staff we are always looked after very well.
Not so much as a dislike but I would like to check in a little bit earlier.
This place is filthy
The hotel is in a good location within easy reach of Central london
I didn't get a good night sleep on either night I stayed due to there being a lot of noise from teenagers until the early hours of the morning. The room and facilities were very old and in quite poor condition, I was glad I stayed only 2 nights!
the room was clean, but stains on carpets and some of the fittings looked worse for ware.
