Clean, comfortable single occupancy room with good sized bathroom. Excellent cheese/tomato sandwich for evening snack - served with crisps and a salad garnish including coleslaw. Good service with the food. The carpet lining the cooridors to the rooms looks rather tatty and worn in places. Duck tape securing the worst spots looks bad for a hotel. |

The hotel was very reasonable for London only 20 minutes on tube into city centre. Breakfast was great and included in price. Pillows like pancakes and only one bedside table. |

The staff were pleasant and it was conveniently situated for where I needed to go. There was no heating and the room was very cold. The decor was scruffy and the bathroom was in a very poor state of repair. |

The staff were generally very helpful, and did everything they could to sort out the few problems we had. Although the decor was a little tired, the room was spotlessly clean. There was no heating in the room, but the staff gave us a portable heater. There was a problem with the key-cards which meant a trip back to reception for a reset every time we visited the room. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss - milk / coffee / sausages all ran out, and we had to wait 10 mins for the refills. |

During our brief stay we found the hotel was comfortable and in a fairly quiet area. The bathroom could do with a refurb and was cold. |

To be honest..NOTHING. I was stuck with it as I have no other choice to go at that time of night... First room allocated was in a mess...no attention paid to it...Poorly marked(indoors)..needs attention!!! One has to be feather weight to be walking on these squeeky floors... |

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was wonderful value for money and very tasty. Hugely enjoyable, although myself and my wife would have preferred two pillows. Many thanks. No. All very comfortable. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean low cost hotel, ideally placed for Northwick Park Hospital. Did not eat there so cannot comment on food. A bit shabby - could do with a refurb. |

Homely and decor in restaurant and lounge clean and tidy. Parking good. Access to tube stations good. Menu was far more limited than the one on website. Had we known this we would have made arrangements to eat elsewhere. There was only one red wine on offer (cote du rhone) in spite of an extensive wine list. |

The staff although stretched were pleasant at all times and were happy to help when asked. The location was fantastic for going to Wembley as it was only 2 stops on the tube. The room was very warm and the windows only opened a little way probably because of safety. The floorboards were creaky and you could hear movement all over the hotel. The room advertised 8 TV channels including sky news and sky one but we could only receive channel 1-5. The menu in the bar was limited but very good. |
