Friendleness of all the staff

Difficulty using the outside door to reach our room. Cold bathroom

It was extremely close to Northwick park tube station and lots of bars, restaurants and shops in Harrow. All within a ten minute walk of the hotel. The room was pleasant, comfortable and quiet.

The television had 3 channels. Good job we weren't in the room for longer than a couple of hours.

Friendly Staff

English buffet style breakfast bar was only adequate. Open until 11am but from 10am to 10.25am very few ingredients were maintained/replenished (eg no sausages, eggs, orange juice, glasses or cups/saucers)

i thought for the price of £49 the room was disappointing I expected more and it didn't live up to my expectations at all,the Walls need painting and the decor need an overhaul just to brighten things up because it just looked gloomy.

Lumpy mattress Bathroom in need of update

Staff were very friendly. Large, bright bathroom.

Room (and corridor) was so hot we couldn't sleep despite opening all the windows. Beds were narrow with plastic undersheets which made them noisy and sweaty. We had a triple room and none of us slept more than a couple of hours. Cold water came out warm and had a strange taste.

Location, price

I object to paying £7 for 24hrs wifi access, also the service in the restaurant was extremely slow 30 minutes wait for steak chips and mushrooms ( for one) and they less than six customers at the time

Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly, quiet road outside, free parking, good value..

It is value for money and easy access into London. Very handy for appointments at St Mark's Hospital at Northwick Park.

Bathroom floor had blood stain on it and could have been cleaner.

Excellent staff, very clean good bar and food plus value for money. Wembley trips make it an excellent location. Two tube stops to Wembley Park. Nice early breakfast for fast starts/.

no lift so if you are not good with stairs ask for ground floor room.

Stayed here several times now and always have a positive experience. Had a triple room and was very spacious. Really good hotel.

the staff, excellent, we were in harrow for A family funeral and the staff were very helpful and kind. nothing was A problem to them. the food was very good and reasonably priced in the bar area.

the stairwell and showers need to be updated....they let the rest of the hotel down. also the hot food section for breakfast needs more choice.
