The hotel is more than basic and very dated - maybe the rooms in the main part of the hotel are in better condition but the room I was assigned was in an annex in the car park. The management in the hotel need to take a good look at this hotel and take some pride in it. Unkept gardens broken walls and an exterior that hasn't seen a paintbrush in a long time. The shower in my room was tacky and the shower mat was full of hairs. I definatley won't be returning to this hotel.

I was very happy to see lots spaces for the car park. At the reception handsome gentleman welcome you and make you really confort you and helpful to book a taxi for our private party. When we went into the room, the beds was separted and my wife was not very pleased, bathroom sink is blocked so I couldn't have a shave done. We came from Portsmouth to stay for one night and really got stuck in the traffic, we didn't have time to keep changing the rooms and getting late to go to private funtion. My wife prefer the travel lodge around the country and better deal than here. Sorry to complain.

It was cheap but neither of us would consider using the shower due to mould and mildew.

The price and convenient location (close to a family gathering) were its main pluses for us.The staff at Reception were efficient, polite and helpful. The full English breakfast (which was priced at £5 per person in our deal) was very good. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for our one-night needs. It has a restaurant - I can't comment on its quality as we didn't use it choosing instead to eat in Harrow - just a few mins walk away. Although much of the hotel was tidy and well kept, the building we were in had scuff marks on the walls on the stairs and looked in need of some maintenance/improvement. We had problems with the showers in both the rooms we had. The control of hot water was tricky to set and one of us was unable to get any hot water at all so gave up. If I were recommending this hotel to others I would state this problem so they were forewarned.

Location to Westminster University Campus in Harrow I booked a twin room for me and my adult son only to be given a double bed and a single childs pull out bed, which was unsuitable for an adult. When I asked to change the room to what I booked I was told there were no twins avaliable. As the availability of a twin room was one of the reasons for booking I was very disappointed. The bathrooms are from the early 80's and are in desperate need of an update. They are disgusting! We also had no hot water for a shower. Don't stay at this hotel unless you really can't afford something better.

Nice staff, easy parking, close to my office, mugs for coffee in room, quick breakfast with lots of choice, somewhere to put my washbag in the bathroom! Fine for one night especially in an area with not much choice. Cold room, room had seen better days, poor tv reception and very limited channels, toilet 'wedged' in corner of bathroom, 'clingy' shower curtain. Just needs a bit of love!

Food was good. Friendly and helpfull staff. Room 205 we were given a room that the decor was tired.the bathroom was ok ish,but it needed a redecorate. My wife said the floor was sticky and not to go in barefoot.there was a piece of torn wallpaper hanging off the wall and a large cobwebb hanging from a ledge above the window. I will not be booking a room there again.

The hotel staff were extremely professional and courteous. They did give us a twin instead of a double, but once I complained they resolved it fast and efficiently. The buffet breakfast was nice and well cooked. The rooms look better than the corridors. The corridors are shabby and in desperate need of new carpets, paint and wallpaper. The rooms are far too hot and there is no air conditioning or temperature gauge. I opened the small window but this didn't really make any difference. Note I stayed on a freezing weekend in November and room was still sweltering.

Food was great, and staff were very helpful, polite and happy to help. They upgraded our room free of charge, plenty of free parking and close to the shops. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very quiet. It was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, it isnt very modern but if you after a value for money stay with good food , clsoe to wembley you cant go far wrong. The only two drawbacks, rooms were incrediby warm, also the hotel booked us a taxi to take us to wembley stadium who turned out to be completey useless, he got lost , refused to drop us were we asked and then didnt turn up to pick us up as we had pre agreed with the company, this put a downer on the trip a little bit as they were recommeneded as a reliable service , other than that our stay was great.

Its location was helpful to me as I was visiting a friend in a nearby hospital. Breakfast, the only meal I had, was good enough. I had a room with a bathroom well designed for disabled people - this was the best feature of the room. The room was cold when I went in as the radiator in the room had not been turned on (cold night in November) and it was so stiff to turn that I had to call someone out to do it for me. The tv was extremely limited for 2011 - only bbc1 had a good picture quality, and not even Freeview was available anyway. The room had only basic furniture, so felt a bit cold and uninspired, but was ok for one night. I would not have returned for a second night as I found the bed very uncomfortable.

Easy parking and located near to the Hospital which we were visiting. Nice meal in the bar in the evening and excellent value for money. The hotel is a bit tired looking and one or two things could be addressed. I.E. there was a crack in our washbasin, the bathrooms very old fashioned and a sign "mind the step" printed on paper and stuck to the door with sellotape. A laminated sign would look more professional. Overall good value for money, comfortable and quiet.

The bar staff were not that interested in serving and the menu and food left a lot to be desired. Wifi did not work and the interior of the hotel looks like it has not seen a lick of paint for a very long time , thankfully I only paid half price as there is no way it would be worth the full price . Should be described as a very budget hotel

We have stayed there many times so it is familiar, It is ideal for quick travel into London on the Metropolitan line. It is now beginning to look very shabby: many areas need upgrading. The staff are very variable one waitress was excellent , The desk staff answered telephone calls while we were waiting to check in which is rather rude,
