Very good location for walking into the centre of Norwich, clean and very good security, good value for money.

No toaster, more than one toilet would have been handy!

Good location, ample space for one couple + one single [or 2 couples] with 2 bathrooms. Very quiet. Nice tv with Sky.

We were early but it took a bit of time to get access to park our car, you need to be let into the gated car park. Again, it might be the early arrival but there were no towels nor clothes hangers on arrival, waited an hour or so for these. We had to wait in because we had the 2 sets of keys! Not too sure they were geared up to occupants who might need their own keys. You are in an apartment in a residential block and there are no staff on site you can get to easily to resolve problems. We had to ask the next door neighbour to show us how to work the hot water and tv and were never able to get the promised internet access to work. The cutlery etc remains basic, see earlier review and some of it was a bit battered. There was neither toaster nor teapot nor coffee maker nor washing up liquid nor oven gloves. Light above cooker not working nor one of lights in 2nd bedroom. You really get the feel that the place was not given a good check before occupancy. We also found small bits of rubbish that had not been cleared away. We had stayed in a self-catering unit in Cromer before arriving and that was far more professionally geared to people doing self catering.

We were upgraded on the day to a 3 bed town house on a new estate. First impressions were good nice and quiet for a city centre location.

Lack of lightbulbs!! Every room missing bulbs, none on landings and only two in side lamps for the whole house?? Only 1 pillow per person, very basic equipment. Internet V.slow, no instruction manuals or tourist information. Maintenance needs looking at, tap in kitchen wobbly etc. It's a pity, but with one or two changes this could be a very comfortable stay. I will say that due to the nature and length of our stay we were unable to contact staff for amendments or lightbulbs? But considering there are other reviews with similar comments I would surmise that same problems have not been addressed despite comment. Pity.

We got upgraded by the manager, who was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed 2 car parking spaces so she found one close by for us at no extra cost. The house was superb, decorated out very modernly and was in a quiet location despite being so close to the city centre.

The beds were not all comfortable and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

Shopping, night life, clean city with good range of activities to do.

Flat was fine, good location and potentially very comfortable but let down by maintenance and cleaning staff and local rep (Sam) who was indifferent.

Flat dirty, long hair in bathroom, kitchen floor sticky, microwave filthy, bulbs missing from 3 lamps. One dirty show left in airing cupboard next to "clean" towels. Contacted rep immediately and she was dismissive to say the least. No follow up on dirt or missing facilities.

We stayed at the old Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.Apartment was excellent except for 2 concerns-many lights were not working and there was no comfortable chair/settee. Thank you Brian Oertel

good location and quite comfortable with parking available

bit noisy every time the corridor door opened the door to our flat rattled - they need to seal the doors better. also 3 light bulbs out of 4 in the lounge did not work...cutlery and saucepans a bit basic

Friendly Staff who, considering the weather, really put themselves out. Good location and really good value. We hope to use you again in the very near future.

Poor heating in bathroom, light bulbs missing and in particular, we did not feel it was as clean as it could be-headboard was thick with dust and coloured cushions on bed were really grubby!

Apartment was lovely and good locstion. Easy key collection, very good communication. Alex was very competent in helping us when needed.

Bed was awful, just by changing the bed and supplying decent pillows would improve the stay by miles and definately make people want to come back. Luxury looking apartment yet a crappy bed.

Good location Nd good secure parking

very small for 4 people poor service on booking in. No light bulbs spare so many lights didn't work . No toiletries or toilet rolls dishwasher full of sludge no tablets for dishwasher no tea spoons so overall just a place to sleep. No dettaed list of accommodation or utensils also only 1 set of keys no I formation on wifi is password or name of network. When we were given the password which. Could have been 1 off 4 none worked

Nothing other than the excellent location

The apartment was filthy, the cot we booked for the baby was broken, light bulbs were missing, the radiator in the bathroom wa s broken, we could not access wifi, the shower room stank of mould and had hair stuck to the walls, the toilet seat was hanging off and the lady who gave us the keys ignored our attempts to call and complain about the situation. This apartment is shoddy, badly maintained and we will be complaining directly to the company. Do not book this.

Was given a 3 bed house to replace a 2 bed apartment, very close to City centre and with a parking space which was excellent for doing the Xmas shopping.

House needed better furnishing inclxuding basics such as dishcloth, tea towels and loo rolls as well as a comfortable sofa. The ones the owner had were inches from the ground and very uncomfortable.

Pleased with upgrade to house in Norwich

Couldn't contact agent at any time, any way. Needed internet so help unavailable for booking business flight to Paris. Not sure Samantha exists - disappointing. Spoilt a rather promising break.

Staff were very helpful and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly - we were a group of friends on a relatively tight budget so the option of a kitchen to cater for ourselves is perfect.

The house could do with some work - the coat hooks were broken and some of the furnishings are looking a bit tired. It would also be good if some kitchen cleaning things were provided - e.g. dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand wash etc.

The appartment was clean and in a perfect location for our needs and was good value for four people.

Felt the appartment was a little under cared for. e.g light bulbs broken, stains on carpet, lack of bedside lamp in one bedroom. Small points but niggly.

hopeless organisation for key handover. Apartment tired, no bulbs in lamps worked, cutlery & crockery all dirty, heaters on in middle of summer, noisy neighbours.

good location and nice apartment

We stayed in Apartment 22 The Pavilion, it was ideal being close to city centre with secure good parking. The modern apartment was in a converted hospital, had all what was needed except some basic cutlery which I hope will have been rectified.

Did not explain sufficiently how the extractor fans and air conditioning unit worked.

The contact at the company was very efficient and went out of her way to help us. Very impressed.
