The comfort of the room and closeness to the city centre We had a problem with our booking, then a taxi was not ordered for us after requesting one and some indifference from staff |

We felt that the staff were very good, especially when the lift broke down and we had to be moved to the ground floor as I am disabled. They were always cheerful even when they had a late shift followed by an early morning shift. They also coped very well with a gfroup of Londoners who were there to celebrate a birhtday, they were noisy but basicallyt OK. The fact that there was only one lift working when we arrived and the other one broke down when we were there did not show the hotel in a good light whoever was to blame, e.g. hotel senior management or the lift cvompany. Something for you to think about. When the booking was made it was not clear that all rooms were non smoking which was a problem for my wife who smokes. |

Generally this Premier Inn is excellent, we do stay here often. For the first time ever we had a lumpy bed, and the quality of the tea bags seemed poor ( even tho they`re Twinnings , maybe it taste ). we were given a free night under the good night guarantee |

Clean comfortable Room, reasonable price for food & drink, friendly & helpful staff. Arrived tired and thirsty at 11.15pm having not been advised (Party of 20) that we must pay in advance - midnight before we cleared reception. Continental Breakfast a little basic for our friends (we had English - no complaints),it could have done with Eggs (boiled, poached or scrambeled) |

Useful location, clean and friendly staff. No food whatsoever after 9.45pm. Too many security doors to negotiate between lobby and room, which isn't easy with luggage. Pricey compared with other hotels that I had stayed in recently. |

Room. staff. breakfast. I didn't like being persuaded to buy a "meal deal" at check-in, which I later regretted. My friend and I weren't allowed to choose food from the bar menu, which we would have preferred. |

Polite, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Clean rooms. Would stay again. Location central! If you're shopping/eating out etc, stay at the Nowrwich Duke St. If you want clubs/bars etc stay the other side of town in the Norwich Nelson opposite the railway station.. Taxi during the day approx £5.00 to Duke St Premier Inn from railway station. The noisy heating system in room.! Modern but noisy when on!(floor mounted a/c/heating combi unit) |

we chose this hotel because of its proximity to the city centre and the reasonable price.we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the general cleanliness.overall we were very pleased with our stay, however with some reservations(see below) some minor moans-the parking, the food(potatoes still cold in the middle!!)and satellite tv crashed in storm |

Very good breakfast Booking three months ahead, we specifically asked for adjacent rooms. This was not complied with. Not difficult, very disappointing. |

I was visiting with my son who is going to school in Norwich - we ate several meals, saw a play, visited a number of the churches in town. I thought the hotel staff was wonderful, helpful and just plain nice. I was given a welcoming struggle. The hotel is also completely immaculate |

the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent value for money, comfortable and clean and just what was required The only thing which i would say is it would have been nice to have more selction of tea/coffee in the room, and possibly hot choclate. other than that it was fine |

being able to eat and drink in the hotel and not having to go out to find a restaurant cold air thru ventilation in bathroom and restaurant was better as a breakfast room a bit sparse for an evening eating place. |
