Modern, clean, comfortable We had no soap in the bath dispenser, one of the pillows was dirty. I was disappointed that I had to make 3 separate transactions to pay for 3 rooms that I booked. Also the loo near reception smelled of mildew. |

Convenient location for the city centre and local business. Secure free parking in nearby NCP car park. Friendly staff Lovely large bed Run out of draft beer for two nights also Jack Daniels. Poor explanations from staff about why there was no draft beer, two differing explanations |

The staff were attentive and friendly and in particular Andrew in the restaurant couldn't have done more for us. It was a very pleasant surprise after some hotels we had stayed in. The room was immaculate and large - really impressed The room was hot so we needed to open the window and then there was the constant sound of an extremely loud extractor fan all night - we actually got no sleep at all. The room next door was noisy - I won't go into details about what they were doing but we were too embarassed to go down and complain at reception!!!! |

The hotel was clean and comfortable; the location excellent for access to the city. Parking was close and the system of validation even gave us 12 hours parking even gave us 12 hours parking after check out. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was varied and good value. |

My husband and I enjoyed the closeness of the hotel to the city center. We're here from Washington DC visiting our daughter whose office is in the center. There were too many doors and access points that required the pass key to open, and for us who had a no. of luggages, it was inconvenient. There also were no porters available. |

Good location - a short walk from town and the middle of it all. If you drive, the carpark and hotel are on a one way system - with the car park (a Norwich council multi-story) a hundred yards before you reach the hotel. If you decide to check in first, then park, you'll get to see a bit of town all over again! (A bit of advice. Park, get the carpark ticket, and before you leave, the hotel validate the pass. Great system - but confusing at first! |

The service was friendly, it was a good price considering it was right in the city centre and the room was fairly big. It was very hot and the key card needed to unlock all the doors on the way in is annoying especially if you are carrying things. |

Once booked out of the hotel, the parking in the council car-park remains free all day, leaving you plenty of time to go into Norwich. Could do with some more tea and milk in the room, although additional sachets were made available to you in reception to collect. |

Very near to city facilities and venues. All parts of the hotel were in a very clean and modern state. I was above reception on the second floor and their was noisy young people standing out the front smoking, which interupted the peace and quiet of relaxing in my room |

Most of the facilities you could want in this category of hotel were there - the restaurant was extremely good value for money and the quality was excellent. The location was good. Travel directions from Premier themselves were hopeless as a landmark (Toys R US) has moved and road system has been altered! Tissues in the room would be appreciated and local powers to negotiate an extension to our stay would have been appreciated - or were the staff hiding behind "head office"? Air con a bonus. |

The only thing that we didn't like, were the pillows which make your head very hot, especially when it was so hot in the city that weekend. |
