The location to city and pubic transport Beds where not changed enough. No information on use of telephone. Eg: over seas codes. Credit card system not satisfactory. |

Its location was very useful for my purposes. The room I was offered initially did not match the specific request I made in my booking - i.e away from a security door. Also, the premier breakfast I had was inedible. The bacon and sausage were old and re-heated. The standard of cooking and the quality of ingredients was poor in my opinion. A waste of £7.50. I could buy better at a local cafe. In contrast, the Continental breakfast was great! |

Its in close to the center, malls, etc. pubs, bar, restaurant,good for city trips, not for business trip Parking its not at the hotel, its one block before the hotel in the same street, its a one way street, if you passed it, you have to make a big turn around the town. |

Central location to all of Norwich city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were of a very good standard for the price. Breakfast was £7.50, hot and cold buffet, and was basically all you can eat. |
