One of the couple found the bed to be a little on the hard side. A pocketed sprung matress would have been very welcome

Being so close to the hall we where going for the camra A.G.M. at weekend and especally city centre as I was walking with a crutch after a operation.

On check in being told breakfast was not included? Paid bill anyway then went to room to get my booking e-mail out and found it written in breakfast included in room rate. Then had to go to reception again to sort out after booking form shown to manager was said we could have breakfasts. Only everyday when going in was told we was not down on list, after 2 days got booking photo-copied and left at reception, next morning same again not on list. We did get breakfasts but it knocked the edge off our holiday. They said booking . com should not have had it on the booking form? We did not t know who was right or wrong?

Really friendly staff. Checking in and out was a breeze. Access was nice and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for the city, just a minutes walk into town. Can't say a bad word!

Assumption by reception that I knew how to operate the lighting system.

Because we have stayed there a few times before,it was nice to be recognised by staff members,this makes a heck of a difference to us,always friendly,always smart,fab breakfast

I was so relieved upon my arrival (after 10 hours in the car!!) to find a super receptionist, I'm registered disabled so a car space has been saved, the manager had parked his car in it so nobody else did! I was so pleased with everything! The room was perfect. So clean, warm and just what I needed! Thank you Premier Inn!!! My daughter and I had come to Norwich to scatter my late Dads ashes in near by cemetery, so it was an emotional journey. I particularly remember how helpful the restaurant staff were. They told us where we could buy flowers and have us directions etc. I will be staying at a Premier Inn again and would recommend it to anyone whatever their reason!!

I thought breakfast (£8 pp) was a little expensive? I would have liked to see gluten free bread and non dairy milk etc available ! But food was super!

Location. Right at the city centre but without any noise. Better for traveler on foot. There is a car park but with limited space only. It didn't matter to me as I was traveling by train. Standard no frill Premier Inn service. Quality is assured.

The central location and the added bonus of having free parking. The bar and restaurant were well decorated and furnished and the food was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, although the loose cushion in the bedroom chair was very hard to be comfortable.

Location to city centre.

Despite boasting a choice of pillows, they don't have feather ones (apparently they don't as this can cause problems to allergy sufferers (!) Noise carried from corridors, lift and other rooms. Noisy room heat/air con system that we eventually switched off half way through the night! Not the best night's sleep I had!

We were in really easy reach of the centre of Norwich which made our trip really easy and relaxing.

Car parking was a bit awkward as at the time we arrived there were no spaces left and when we did eventually manage to get a space it was on the roof which meant we had to carry our luggage quite a long way to the hotel.

Great location and lovely people on staff. Very helpful having the restaurant in the building. Lovely breakfast and well worth it as a start to our day.

We like the price,and the comfort,and particiculy a staff memeber called sonia,in the dinning room was charming and very helpful,the room was comfortable.

We asked for a warm room,it was cold,and took overnight and best part of the day warm up.the meals we were very diasapointed with the fact we asked no mushrooms due to allergy,and yet it was bought with eveing meal,and the breakfast meal was all mixed up,again with mushrooms,
