Helpful friendly staff, good location for shopping, station & football stadium.

Air con not working and it was a warm day

The staff were very friendly, better than most hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the water was hot.

Proximity to the rest of the town. Restaurant on the premises. Staff were wonderful.

Bathroom venting system was not good.

Tv with a working remote, and panelled access for it/usb charging etc- not seen this before. Very handy !

Soundproofing on the windows could be much better- and blackout curtains to the floor, not just below the windowsill! Which still let in a lot of light.

Comfortable and clean. Asked for 2 more comforters and recieved them. Good buffet breakfast.

Booked a double room which was disabled as advertised on booking.com. It was the last room available as we are not disabled. Received a room with 2 twins pushed together instead and made up seperately. The hotel stated that is all they have and they do not provide doubles for disabled people. Why the hotel believes disabled people cannot recieve a double bed I have no idea! Also there was only one bath towel! Only received one key to the room. When my wife returned to the room after breakfast I had to ask reception to open the door to get into the secured area where the rooms were.

Room for four could have been a bit bigger. Very noisy neighbours on one night so we got night for free but would have preferred sleep

Reception staff excellent, friendly and helpful.

All the staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. Not knowing the city we were given plenty of help to find our way around.

On arrival we had a problem with a disabled accessible room, to cut a long story short we were moved twice, and each time the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would like to especially thank Melanie. It's position opp the Rail Station was perfect

On my arrival I met Carol, the friendly & helpful receptionist. The spacious bedroom no.133 + balcony overlooking the river Wensum.

The clogged showerhead. Pillows that made my head itch.

We loved the fact that it was exactly like the adverts - Lenny Henry didn't lie! The bed was lovely and the choice of pillows a lovely touch. The waiter that showed us to our table for breakfast couldn't have been more helpful.

Not really a dislike but it would have been useful to have more than one member of staff on the bar on a busy Saturday afternoon and the corridors were rather chilly.

Loved how i can access everything quickly all the night life and food courts
