Bastante céntrico. Perfecto si vas en a Norwich en tren.Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Cerca de la zona de movida de Norwich, pero las habitaciones están aisladas del ruido.Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudarte.Buen desayuno y si decides quedarte a cenar, el restaurante tiene una buena relación con su precio y te permite posteriormente un agradable paseo junto al rio... |

The location was fantastic for shopping and bars/pubs.... the resturant and bar were good value for money 'unlike a lot of hotels' The toilet paper! |

Being able to tour Norwich from a convenient location. We also liked the convenience of a branch of Costa Coffee adjacent to the hotel. |

Very good location close to the railway station. Shops nearby. Very friendly staff and you feel really welcome. Clean room and fair size. Breakfast was good with several selections. I did not have dinner, but the bar was nice. Internet only in the reception area with extra payment. Would like to have internet in my room and preferably invluded in the price. I would like to be able to select some movies and not only TV channels. |

Staff were pleasant and friendly. As a lone traveller hotel felt safe. Clean. Being unable to sleep due to the noise. Friday night the noise was beyond a joke. I went to my conference the next morning with little or no sleep. On the Saturday night it was quiet enough for me to go to sleep but there was a rude awakening in the early hours of the morning, which went on for a long time and disrupted everything. went home very tired, despite the hotel having a good nights sleep policy. the receptionist said it is because the hotel is situtated in the city centre. I realise this, that the noise was coming from outside, but some double glazing wouldn't go amiss and why offer a service of a gauranteed fgood nights sleep if for those on the river front side it cannot be provided. |

Excellent hotel... in a noisy area... but NO noise the hotel! Great location on the river and central location. Private secure parking was a big bonus. Hotel staff were excellent at check in and throughout the stay. |

The room was simple yet spacious and comfortable.The standard of room cleanliness was far higher than that of many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Superb city centre location and excellent food and value for money. |

the room was very comfortable and the view was good but the particular room that I had was located next to the lift and was too noisy as a consequence the location of my room but when I told reception in the morning they agreed that I should be given a full refund |
