Jó a hotel elhelyezkedése, a szobák egy részéből nagyon szép a kilátás a folyóra.A személyzet udvarias, a reggeli minősége jó, a választék jó. A szobába bekészítve tea és kávé, ez nagyon szimpatikus volt, nem jellemző a 3 *-os szállodákra.

A szoba berendezése nem barátságos, nagy méretű családi szobában egyetlen szék volt, egy francia ágy és egy másik kihúzható át. Hiányzott belőle egy kis asztal, fotel, vagy szék, dekoráció, ami komfortosabbá tenné a szobát. A hotel teraszának dohányzó része koszos, nem törlik le az asztalokat, nincs felsöpörve, gondozatlan.

As a venue for staying so we could do our christmas shopping it was excellent. Very handy !!

Very good location close to the railway station. Shops nearby. Very friendly staff and you feel really welcome. Clean room and fair size. Breakfast was good with several selections. I did not have dinner, but the bar was nice.

Internet only in the reception area with extra payment. Would like to have internet in my room and preferably invluded in the price. I would like to be able to select some movies and not only TV channels.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. As a lone traveller hotel felt safe. Clean.

Being unable to sleep due to the noise. Friday night the noise was beyond a joke. I went to my conference the next morning with little or no sleep. On the Saturday night it was quiet enough for me to go to sleep but there was a rude awakening in the early hours of the morning, which went on for a long time and disrupted everything. went home very tired, despite the hotel having a good nights sleep policy. the receptionist said it is because the hotel is situtated in the city centre. I realise this, that the noise was coming from outside, but some double glazing wouldn't go amiss and why offer a service of a gauranteed fgood nights sleep if for those on the river front side it cannot be provided.

The room we stayed in was noisy from other guests during the night. Breakfast was a bit of a 'bun fight' one morning!

Affordable prices for room, food and drink and its central location to Norwich City Centre. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms.

Cleanliness apart from carpet in the lift, comfort and efficiency. Fairly priced restaurant of the standard British "pub grub" level. Well-trained staff.

It was very central but parking was free. It was close to the river. The room was quiet although the area was very busy and noisy generally.

Sitting by the river on the seating provide. Walking to the high street shops was straight forward.
