Er was een koffie/theevoorziening op de kamer. Receptie was behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima. We arriveerden laat in de avond. Er was geen roomservice en geen bar in de kamer. Wel mocht een drankje uit de bar naar de kamer meegenomen worden. Het bleek dat de parkeerkaart door het hotel werd betaald. Was ons niet meegedeeld bij inchecken. De locatie was ook met navigatie niet te vinden. |

Very good location close to the railway station. Shops nearby. Very friendly staff and you feel really welcome. Clean room and fair size. Breakfast was good with several selections. I did not have dinner, but the bar was nice. Internet only in the reception area with extra payment. Would like to have internet in my room and preferably invluded in the price. I would like to be able to select some movies and not only TV channels. |

Staff were pleasant and friendly. As a lone traveller hotel felt safe. Clean. Being unable to sleep due to the noise. Friday night the noise was beyond a joke. I went to my conference the next morning with little or no sleep. On the Saturday night it was quiet enough for me to go to sleep but there was a rude awakening in the early hours of the morning, which went on for a long time and disrupted everything. went home very tired, despite the hotel having a good nights sleep policy. the receptionist said it is because the hotel is situtated in the city centre. I realise this, that the noise was coming from outside, but some double glazing wouldn't go amiss and why offer a service of a gauranteed fgood nights sleep if for those on the river front side it cannot be provided. |

Excellent hotel... in a noisy area... but NO noise the hotel! Great location on the river and central location. Private secure parking was a big bonus. Hotel staff were excellent at check in and throughout the stay. |

Excellent location and very pleasant and helpful staff The room we stayed in was noisy from other guests during the night. Breakfast was a bit of a 'bun fight' one morning! |

Affordable prices for room, food and drink and its central location to Norwich City Centre. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. |

The room was simple yet spacious and comfortable.The standard of room cleanliness was far higher than that of many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Superb city centre location and excellent food and value for money. |

It was very central but parking was free. It was close to the river. The room was quiet although the area was very busy and noisy generally. |

the room was very comfortable and the view was good but the particular room that I had was located next to the lift and was too noisy as a consequence the location of my room but when I told reception in the morning they agreed that I should be given a full refund |

close to the city centre and riverside the black mould under the shower gel dispenser which was not cleaned after I brought it to the attention of the receptionist. Black mould on bathroom ceiling. Sticky headboards on the bed. Daily need to have the key cards redone --- actually happened twice one day. |
