the bed was really uncomfortable and the heating system kept clicking so i stayed awake all night

The location is easy to find and travel to and there is adequate parking close to the hotel.The restaurant next door is the same group and were able to provide very good food at a budget price.The staff in both concerns were very friendly and attentive and gave of their best.

He breakfast as served next door was not as good a standard as some other Premier Inns.

Location was excellent, as we were attending a function at the Holiday Inn next-door. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in the adjoining Brewers Fayre restaurant.

The food was awful, had to wait 45 minutes even for a table. Do not eat at hotel. The food was grim, would not go back.

Excellent staff. Clean comfortable room. Like Wetherspoons you always know what you can expect. We always stay at Premier if possible.

My daughter lives close to Norwich city centre,however my wife and I didn't want to stay in the centre so opted for a location a few miles out of the city.As I also have a passion for civil aviation,the location was perfect for me as I could indulge in one of my favourite pastimes before and after meeting up with our daughter.

There were two wedding parties booked in for the night of our stay, yet did not hear a sound of any "homecomings". Room furnishings were comfortable. Restaurant next door was good value and close. Room had extra beds in it which staff would have been removed had we stayed longer. Cancelled second night intended stay after first night due to change in plan, without hassle and in time.

We did not like being woken at 7am to an early alarm call from the gentleman on front desk reception on a Sunday morning that I did not book!! That was really annoying especially as there seemed to be an initial reluctance to accept I did not book it. There seemed to be a problem with the room cooling system which meant that the temperature could not go below 22 degrees. As a result, even though a fan was provided and the window was able to be opened, the room was over-warm, and it was not convenient to get dressed and go to reception at 11pm to get lighter bedding!! Wouldn't say the stay/facilities were exceptional enough to recommend it as something out of the ordinary.

Location, next to the park & ride to Norwich City Centre. Only half hour drive to coast. (Cromer)

It is in walking distance from Norwich Airport (5 minutes) so it is perfect for late arrivals or early departures.

Was able to reserve dinner table as single guest and this was arranged easily and a suitable table was provided. Felt comfortable eating on own. Also thought it very good that reception staff available 24 hours.

The walls are thin so we could hear upstairs rooms' noise!

Easy to find

I stayed at the airport hotel for convenience, to catch an early morning flight. The hotel at Norwich airport is conveniently situated for this. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were adequate.

Not good value for money for a single traveller £81 booked online, with no breakfast included and no concession at the down market restaurant attached.
