NosDa Studio Hostel

- nice and clean rooms with young vibe - great atmosphere - perfect location near both city centre and bus and railway station

- no internet connection in the room - no small lamp for reading - breakfasts were bit messy

The hostel was very centrally situated close to the city and the castle the breakfast was very good. We had a family room which was quite a big room compared to some we had stayed in.

Location was great.

Cold rooms, lack of quilts, Cold showers, Poorly advertised (Looks nothing like it is on the web site), Rude immature young staff, Room invasion and personal belongings rifled through by young girl staff, Very basic, No value for money at all!

,It have a very Big rooms, good viewing clean and comfortable baths,good spaces to relaxation.

There is only elevator, its far away from city center.

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. The shower was basically a very small enclosed box with no exhaust, which meant you had to leave the door open if you wanted to breathe, no room to move in it - had to get dressed in the actual bedroom. No cutlery/dishes provided in the room, even though a small kitchen was present. There is no insulation for noise, so you can hear everything, from footsteps up and down the stairs, to people in the next room. On a Friday/Saturday night, people hang around outside the hostel til all hours of the morning and you can hear everything. Breakfast was very basic, but adequate. Wifi can only be accessed in the lobby, which was very annoying.

I've enjoyed my stay @ NosDa! It exceeded my expectations, the rooms were clean and big, the staff was exceptional and very helpfull. The location is superb. The view is magnificent, especially when you're having a beer on the deck terrace! I could recommend this hostel to everyone!

Great location! Along the riverside, central to the city centre where there are loads of places to eat,shop etc. Loads to see and do in Cardiff, Cardiff Bay is a must! I stayed with my two sons (10yrs old) and we loved our room which was nice and cosy and very modern for a hostel. We met some great people and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again!.

There was a little noise during the night from other guests coming in late but I guess this is all part of hostel life!

Location and parking were good, as well as budget accommodation. Room was big, light and airy.

Hotel is past it's prime. The 'kitchenette' is somewhat lacking. The noise insulation is not so good between floors - you can hear all the thumping/drumming footsteps. Would recommend NosDa only to budget conscious travellers.

A very good location where you can have the river view and the stadium site. Clean room condition. Close to the city center. Helpful staff. Simple but nice breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very friendly. Our age was no impediment to enjoying the venue. Great pizza! Don't normally stay at backpackers, but would definitely recommend this establishment to others

The location of the hostel very good.

There is no lift. Our room was not clean. And very poor breakfast.

Very expensive for a basic room, no kettle/ tea facilities in the room for the price. Not very comfy room

The thing I liked about nosda studio hostel was its very central to everything.when were over looking the millenium stadium and its not too far of a walk to the shops for shopping.

I thing I didnt like about the nosda,the room was ok.except for the shower was very bad. When you turn it on it only lasted for a couple of seconds so it was a nuisence of pushing it on every time.the menu for food was a very small selection and I thought it would change for the evening but it didnt.i was not very happy with this.i found that they were understaffed as I was left for a short time waiting for food and drink.i dont think the staff were fully trained on how to pull a proper pint either. Overall I would give my stay about a 6/10 .

We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hostel and hospitality of all the staff! We walked in to some amazing music being played, and couldn't wait to put all of our stuff away and get back down to join in the fun! I would highly recommend NosDa to anyone!!

Location - Close to City Centre. Ideal for Millenium Stadium. Easy to find and good access with Parking. Basic Clean Room. Basic facilities for those needing overnight accomodation. Fair price. Good breakfast (serve yourself - continental)
