The location for west end shopping and Kensington is perfect. Our room (no 5) was next door to the room where they washed up the breakfast things and the noise of clinking cutlerty and talking woke us up early and continued even though we complained. Someone was also smoking in the hotel and we could smell it in our room. |

Great location! Also, it was very clean although basic. It was good value for money. The room was very small, which we were expecting, but we were in room 6, which was right next door to the room where breakfast is served. The walls were thin so we could hear the staff moving furniture around and talking loudly at 7 in the morning. This was fine the first morning when we were getting up early anyway, but when we wanted a lie-in, it was impossible! Any other room would have been fine though, I should think. Also, I didn't like having to hand our key card in every time we left the hotel, as when we returned they would give us back our key with no questions asked- we could have been anyone! |

It is close to the tube station, a 4-5-minute walk. Wi-fi is very useful too. You can get the least of what you expect from a continental breakfast. The so-called breakfast room is so tiny that guests have difficulty to find a seat. The bathroom is also very small and there is nothing to hang your clothes or towels. The cleaning person leaves the hand towel in the washbasin. The staff seem to be smiling and helpful, but it took them 10 days to change the bed sheets and an electric light bulb not working in the bathroom. Worst of all, they charged my 14-day stay on the very first day with 4% extra as I paid with my credit card, which is not mentioned on their info page. |

Good location, easy access to tube and bus. Walking distance to Kensington Garden and Notting Hill area. Room was a little small - but that's London. No elevators. |

It was warm enough, the location was good, great Indian restaurant called Mahal right around the corner with amazing Chicken Tikka Masala, and right by the Underground. I really just needed a clean comfortable place to come back to. The bed moved around on wheels - moved much to easily. |

The service and desk staff were helpful and very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but good. Excellent location, convenient to the tube station and convenience stores. The room and bathroom was a little small, but otherwise clean and had the basic facilities. We got a room with a balcony which was pretty. There are no lifts in this hotel, so big luggage may be difficult for older customers. |

Friendly staff. Rooms small, like most cheaper London rooms. It's quiet, important for London and the price was good for what you get. |

the hotel has a very goog location, you have only 5-10 min to london tube. also mc'donald is close and other shops. the bus is even better, it's around 200 meters from the hotel's entry. the hotel has many stairs which is very good for your body, a lot of exercise, you'll have great shape ;). rooms are nice, comfortable beds, clean, quite new, the TV and wireless are very useful stuff. even though the stairs are good for our healt and body, it's not so fun or healty when you have to go up and down with all of your baggage. at that time we would really be pleased to see a lift. also breakfast could be until 10 or 11 am and not only till 9.30. |

Its very near to the underground tube - Notting Hill Gate, just a few minute walk. Is too nosy in the morning especially breakfast hour when we are still in bed between 7-9am. Staffs and guest talking too loud along the corridors. |
