Nothing except that THE hotel was near to THE underground
THE room, (small and very warm inside), my back still hurts from the bed. There was no pressure in THE shower, THE shower is only ice could or ridiculeness hot. THE breakfast was also bad
Location, great to get around. Near underground, near Portabello Market.
We booked room for 5 people, turns out they counted the big single bed as bed for 2 adults?! Tight spaces even on breakfast room. Cheap breakfast too! You need raise up to let the other people go to their respective tables simply because there was not much space to move around. Our room is situated on the ground floor facing the street. People come out of the hotel steps to talk, smoke and we can hear them. Street light was peeping through the curtain gaps because the curtain was too small for the window. Room was too small for the price. Tiny room tiny T & B, tiny sink, tiny shower. But luckily we are tiny guests. So if tiny guests like us find it too small... better find another hotel if you are on the heavy side.
Room size, minute Dirty stair carpets
The room for breakfast is too small.
wifi was instable, small room, private bathroom but really small.
Hotel's location was perfect, close to Tube/ bus/ tourist bus stops. Felt safe. Plenty of places to eat close by. Hotel located in quiet street so no noise at night. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms are clean.
The corridors/ hall of hotel were shabby and could do with a freshen up. Family room very small for 2 adults and 2 older children and felt hot and cramped.
Central location in the middle of London. Polite staff.
Dining room is very small... Assortsment of breakfast is low.
Nice location, very handy and was reasonably priced.
Rooms are pretty small, could only partially open the bathroom door as it was so close the bed. I was on the 4th floor, would fancy taking a big bag up those marrow stairs.
the location is convanient to the parks.
The room is too small; the receptor is not so friendly; the breakfast is not worthy its price.
Location near metro station Clean rooms
Really small room with twin beds. No surface space in room or bathroom No lift
Value for money cost, modern bathroom, clean but let down by.....
Dirty bedspreads - very off-putting, they need deep cleaning or replacing
Location is great.
Website photo's are not representative of the actual room.
Near the station and it is zone1.
Old room. They charge 5 pounds if they keep luggage after checking out.
Position, pleasure, cleaning, international breakfast, private bathroom, reception 24h/day
Service in room doesn't exist, so you can't order food or drinks because they don't have the kitchen. Pay tv doesn't exist. Elevator doesn't exist. Too many stairs if you have big baggages....
The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the park and from the tube. It's clean and tidy which was nice
The breakfast area is tiny! Don't expect much space if the hotel is busy. The air con in the room was intermittent, which was to do with the settings. We turned it off in the end and deal with the heat rather than the noise
Room v tidy and clean
The breakfast room was so small with 5 tables and no room to pull your chair out. It was a total disgrace and charging £220 per night for a family room made the pain even worse. If you do stay make sure you get up for breakfast before the rest of the guests otherwise you might as well walk 2 mins down the road to eat.
Wi-Fi Location En-suite facility
No Lift Very narrow space in rooms breakfast/breakfast room No clear indication to find rooms
On top floor, no lift, steep flights of stairs, no information of this on booking page, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would have serious questions of fire safety, no fire escape, no window in top floor room other than velux! breakfast room tiny, fresh fruit salad was fresh out of a tin!
THERE IS NO DUVET AND THEY USE BED COVER AND BLANKETS BECAUSE THE DUVET IS "NOT HYGIENIC ENOUGH"!!!!!!!!!
The position is excellent
extremely small room, had to put cases on bed to dress and the cases were small. Little to no flow through shower. The third floor with narrow stairs is difficult to navigate with a case, for older person, there was no offer of assistance from desk (suspect he was busy on internet)
Not much traffic noise, so quiet enough to sleep. Clean, bathroom is up to date..
Breakfast room is small, not much to offer and not very nice. Rooms are so hot. We had 2 fans in our room. 3 flights of stairs with no lift.
Location was good.easy access to food, grocery, souvenirs, train n bus.
Everything is small n no elevator. Front desk staffs are not welcoming
+ The staff is the best we ever met - and we had been to a lot of places. + Hyde Park is one minute to walk. + Fish and Chips, shop, restaurant in 100 meters distance
- breakfast is meat free (still more than enough, we didn't even missed it, just for you to know)
The location is great. Just 2 mns from the tube station and the area is packed with eateries and restaurants. Good place to stay for just one night.
The breakfast was confusing. They were eggs in a basket but no clue as to what to do with them and no offer from staff to cook eggs for you. Fixtures in the room were falling off. TV wouldn't switch on.
