In Earl’s Court, the Westbury Hotel is just 500 ft from the famous Cromwell Road. The traditional hotel provides continental breakfasts and a 24-hour front desk.

The shower head broke off the first time we used it. It was fixed quickly the next day, but made a mess of the tiny bathroom. It was expensive for the small room. Breakfast was free but menial.
The location was amazing. Right by Hyde Park. Zizzi's restaurant is right around the corner and was fabulous!
We had to complain in order not to get a room at the basement! But finally we got one upstairs.
Location was convinient. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean. Wifi was functional. Plug adaptors and hair-dryer were provided on demand.
Breakfast room very tiny but we managed to get a table without having to wait around.
Ideal location close to tube, especially as traveling with young children. Room size perfect for the four of us.
The breakfast room is extremely tiny. Not enough variety of food. I totally do not recommend it
The best location, nice staff, clean room, really good breakfast!! I I'm glad that I have been there :)
couldn't review breakfast as the room wasn't big enough for us to ever try it. Also radiators need bleeding or something to stop the constant sound of water running through pipes that kept us awake all night.
location was perfect with access to buses and tubes. Staff were helpful and friendly
Room was very small as was the breakfast room.
Location and reception staff
Made us pay to keep our bags the day of departure
Room comfortable, good value for money (4 adults)
Same breakfast everyday in a tiny room.
Have family rooms that can accommodate big families.
I didn't like the absence of the lift (4 floors) and the size of the breakfast room (under the ground and very very small - not suitable for claustrophobic people)
I liked the position of the hotel and the kindness of the staff
The best thing about the hotel is it's location, very close to the Underground. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was surprisingly good and I don't think you could expect much more for a free breakfast. Although the hotel was not spectacular, for the price in central London we were very happy.
Dining room far tooooo small for the size of hotel. Shower very clean but not suitable if you want a proper shower. Very little water trickled through... Don't suggest lathering up, you'd be in the shower the full length of your stay rinsing off!!!
Cost and location
very high to climb
Location and surroundings
Room and location were pretty good, only snag is that there are only about 5 breakfast tables for the whole hotel so you have to get up early to beat the rush for breakfast if you want a seat! Even if there are onyl 2 of you.
The room was cold when I arrived - too cold, especially since I anounced time of arrival. I had to turn the heater on myself - hardly felt like an esteemed guest on that one. Very poor access to rooms - narrow stairs, no elevator. Do not stay here if you have luggage. Breakfast is a very poor experience - crowded in a very narrow space at the basement and impossible to get a table at 07:30. If you need to leave early, don't count on breakfast. Rooms are small and the shower is a small cabin with a fixed pipe above your head - bring your own shower cap, as the hotel does not provide any.
Good location and wifi working well. Bed was comfortable, it was quiet, so I could sleep.
Although the breakfast room was very small, the breakfast was very tasty and rich. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpfull.
Carpets at the stairs, breakfast room too small.
Staff friendly and very nice! The room was confortable and breakfast very good.
if I wanted to pick on something I would probably say that both room and bathroom were quite small as was dining room but if you just stay overnight that doesn't really matter:P
Easy access to the hotel (just a few minutes walking from the tube), helpful and pleasant staff, nice room with a small bathroom and shower, free wifi, would stay again
There is no elevator..!!!
Nothing major, but the TV looked like it wasn't connected very securely to the wall. Also the breakfast room is very small and once it starts to fill up it becomes difficult to reach the buffet.
All staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel location was ideal.
Nice room had a balcony the bed was comfortable & clean good value for money
The hotel staff are really friendly. We got a lovely room on the first floor with a balcony over looking the gorgeous street that the hotel is located on. 2 minute walk to the underground with loads of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets around the corner. Would highly recommend.
The walls are very thin so the noise of the other rooms is heard, but nothing of a big deal!
Almost everything, especially the facilities, localization and cleanliness!
shower water was very sparse as water pressure was very low making it diffcult to shower
Reception and waiters are unfriendly. Smallest room I've ever lived. I can even heard the foreign language in the next door while I was living in the underground!!!
Including breakfast is the only positive part I can remember in this hotel.
