Good value for money. Better that we expected
Pay before check out. Extremely small hall for breakfast
Location is great for the park. We were also every close to some great pubs.
Breakfast room is small but workable, they tell you when you check what the least busy time is. The shower head was poorly put on so the whole bathroom got wet.
Location was nice
Smallest room I've ever seen
It was clean the member of staff on the desk was very friendly.
We had a double but you also had two single beds in room so felt cramped.
Excellent shower. Excellent free wi-fi.
Can not think of anything.
I found the hotel very well and it was perfect location to where I wanted to be.
I found the staff not as helpful when I arrived at the hotel, it could been better service when I arrived I wasn't told you had to tap the door and the tv wasn't working when I arrived.
Me and my husband visited this hotel a night in January. Most hotel room in London are small but this was really compact. A doubble bed, width about 1.40 and a nightstand. You where not able to walk around the bed. One person in the bathroom was almost a crowd. Continental breakfast in the price was served in a small room in the cellar I did not pay full price but if I had, I think I had been a bit grumpy but for the price I paid it was totally OK. All staff was really friendly all time.
No where to put an open baggage and we had two. Three stairs - no elevator. A bit too compact for us.
This is just horrible. everything
almost no heating, agrued for sevral hour and got an electric one. Long queue for breakfast. The taxi they called for me asked 12 pounds for 1.5 mile. Just terrible dont book.
The hotel is seriously overpriced!
It would be bettwr if the breakfast area is bigger so peole did not have to cramp up.
Beds were so uncomfy and didn't have proper duvet or anything! It was very noisy up above us, we had to pay 15 pounds to swap rooms, staff were very rude and not friendly at all. I felt like I wasn't welcome
Close to where I wanted to be.
Had a basement room with no real windows, the heating was not working and I had to use a electric heater to keep theroom warm
The young bearded reception guy was very pleasant
The smelly brown winter blankets
Good acesss to public transports
The room was cold and not able to increase the heating
Very convenient location. Very clean.
Breakfast poor and breakfast room too small. Extra charge to leave the luggage at the hotel on the day of departure.
Very good location. Easy access to public transport and subway is 5 mins away. Good wifi and staff very helpful.
With big bags the staircase could be inconvenient.
room size, cleanliness, price, relatively quite given location
dining area far too small if everyone there at similar time foir breakfast
Location, location, location
Cleanliness. Bed bugs?
The Hotel room was great and everything that was in it!
The only thing I would say is that the room where you have breakfast was abit over crowded at times with no where to sit at first.
This room was very clean and quite modern recently decorated. The bathroom we had was spotless and modern with a great shower. The rooms are basic at this price with tea/coffee available but this we feel is very good value for the area it is in. You get what you pay for in London-esp Notting Hill! Staff were helpful and friendly! Did not go for breakfast so cannot comment. Was perfect for our short stay to use as a cheap central base for exploring. London.
Room 7 we were in was directly behind checkout with a thin wall so a bit noisy in the morning with the comings and goings of other guests but not really a problem if you are an early riser!
great location, breakfast was good, but I thought it was the tradicional english. good cleaning.
very small room , no microwave or refrigerator.
