The hotel staff are really friendly. We got a lovely room on the first floor with a balcony over looking the gorgeous street that the hotel is located on. 2 minute walk to the underground with loads of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets around the corner. Would highly recommend.
Almost everything, especially the facilities, localization and cleanliness!
The walls are very thin so the noise of the other rooms is heard, but nothing of a big deal!
shower water was very sparse as water pressure was very low making it diffcult to shower
Including breakfast is the only positive part I can remember in this hotel.
Reception and waiters are unfriendly. Smallest room I've ever lived. I can even heard the foreign language in the next door while I was living in the underground!!!
NO HAY ASCENSOR. EL COMEDOR ES MINÚSCULO. EL PERSONAL DESAGRADABLE. LA RELACIÓN CALIDAD/PRECIO ES UNA ESTAFA.
The staff, service and breakfast was great .
There were some plumbing issues, the room was quite small and the wifi was slow
Really good location not far from main attractions and really affordable
Not much space but good value for money
the location is very good, near the tube, the room was very clean and warm. The beds were very nice, soft and comfortable.
The room was very dark, the window was looking at the open space and was unpleasant. Also there is no elevator and the breakfast room is small but you don't wait a long.
The location was fantastic, very central. Room was clean and warm, with everything you'd expect (telly, tea and coffee, shower etc) right at the top of the hotel so also very quiet (room 25)
The stairs were awesome, all 8 flights of them to reach our room! Not ideal if your physical fitness is challenged, but good for the constitution otherwise! Breakfast room is small and cramped, but toast coffee juice cereals and pastries are plentiful, so for a hotel in a location like this I won't be moaning!
Tiny room with a enaugh bathroom 24 Hour hot water Free wi-fi internet Daily Room Cleaning (can say no if you dont want) Breakfast:Tea Coffee Milk Egg Butter Cheese Marmelat Honey Cornflakes Breat Room at up floors Friendly Personals 2 minutes to Underground(metro) by walking 30 seconds to main street Can live your luggage after living day to plane time comes Its in Central London, perfect position
near to station near to food area
Location excellent . Rooms tiny but comfortable.
No lift so all luggage has to be carried up and down stairs. Breakfast good but tiny area to eat in so you had to wait your turn.
Room is too small
Very convenient location, Hyde park & Marble arc are at walking distance. Super markets & a lot of restaurants are near by. You can find any type of food in a couple of minutes walk. Subway & bus stations are very close
The room was very small & house keeping staff did not clean the room except for emptying of dust bins. Finally had to complain to reception & after that the problem was resolved
perfect hotel in the most reasonal price with a lot of bus lines for everywhere!!!
Good value for money. Better that we expected
Pay before check out. Extremely small hall for breakfast
Location is great for the park. We were also every close to some great pubs.
Breakfast room is small but workable, they tell you when you check what the least busy time is. The shower head was poorly put on so the whole bathroom got wet.
Location was nice
Smallest room I've ever seen
It was clean the member of staff on the desk was very friendly.
We had a double but you also had two single beds in room so felt cramped.
Excellent shower. Excellent free wi-fi.
Can not think of anything.
I found the hotel very well and it was perfect location to where I wanted to be.
I found the staff not as helpful when I arrived at the hotel, it could been better service when I arrived I wasn't told you had to tap the door and the tv wasn't working when I arrived.
Me and my husband visited this hotel a night in January. Most hotel room in London are small but this was really compact. A doubble bed, width about 1.40 and a nightstand. You where not able to walk around the bed. One person in the bathroom was almost a crowd. Continental breakfast in the price was served in a small room in the cellar I did not pay full price but if I had, I think I had been a bit grumpy but for the price I paid it was totally OK. All staff was really friendly all time.
No where to put an open baggage and we had two. Three stairs - no elevator. A bit too compact for us.
This is just horrible. everything
