Notting Hill Guest House

Stay away from this hotel. I decided for this hotel because of its proximity, but I regretted every second I was there. The smell since you entered the old house its nasty. It is dirty everywhere. It needs urgently a carpet change, which was for sure somebody’s pet toilet. Our room was cold, calefaction didn’t work, and the seats on our room had dog s or cat s hair. They give a water heated for tee, and we opened it was with rust, and dirty water from weeks. The pillows had also a cat urine smell. Toilet was a nightmare; if you want to have a shower you better do not touch anything. The plastic curtain and wall and every corner, soiled, mucky, muddy. For what you get there, this is not value for money. I actually felt cheated, 65 pounds is too much.

The care and attention we recieved

The rooms were large and comfortable with basic but functional facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was brought to the room in the morning. The location was brilliant literally 2 doors from the underground station. Deifinately recommended and would stay here again without hesitation!

The manager, B, is extremley friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic!

The location of the hotel is excelent! Near the underground station, the Tesco supermarket, the Notting Hill region with all the variety of restaurants and places to eat and the Holland Park. The beds were very comfortable. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and nice.

nothing fancy but sky tv, werent bothered by staff. just given keys on arrival by friendly staff and left to enjoy the stay.

The owner was the sweetest lady, and very helpful. She saw it was my birthday while we were there and she gave me a beautiful box of chocolates. The room was small but very tidy and clean. The full English breakfast that was included was delicious. We were able to take the bus in front of the apt. Or on the corner the metro. Very easy to get around, especially if you use the hop on hop off double decker tour bus!

Be prepared for a tiny little bathroom.

Posizione: fermata di Holland Park davvero a 2 passi. Staff: familiarità e gentilezza Camera: calda e con bagno interno anche se piccolissimo ma funzionale. Colazione: in camera puntualissima e molto buona ed abbondante.

Tromba delle scale: puzza in un modo esagerato ma se le fai a passo svelto non te ne accorgi nemmeno. Camera: moquette odiosa che già di per sé da senso di poca pulizia. Alla fine la Wi Fi non c'era!!!

Está situado delane de la parada de metro de Holland Park, en la avenida principal. Bar, restauantes, cafeterias, farmacia al lado. Zona muy bonita.

Se oye bastante el tráfico, porque no tiene la ventana doble cristal. Baño muy pequeño,pero correcto al estar dentro de la habitación triple.

Situation géographique idéale, proche du métro, dans un quartier très agréable, propriétaire très accueillante.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Die Dame hat uns sogar ein Taxi bestellt. Ich würde das Haus an jemandem empfehlen, der einfach ganz ganz einfach wohnen möchte und überhaupt keine Ansprüche hat, Hauptsache ist, dass es billig ist. Für, nicht mal mit einem kleinen Kind, wird einen zweiten Aufenthalt im Haus nicht mehr in Frage kommen. So nett die Besitzerin und Mitarbeiterin ist.

Il bagno troppo piccolo, ma per un gruppo di amici va piu che bene

Sehr gute Verbindung mit der U-Bahn, gibt in der Nähe shoppen. Die Hotelmitarbeiterin sind nett und sehr freundlich. Würde mir gut dort empfehlen.

Très bonne situation géographique, il y a beaucoup de commerces très proches (nc do, tesco, boots, etc). La station de métro Holland Park est devant l’hôtel. Le quartier est propre et calme, l'hotel également. Le personnel est irréprochable, accueillant et attentionné. Les chambres disposent de vaisselle, four micro onde, four, gazinière, grande tv (énormément de chaines). La literie est de très bonne qualité et les petits-déjeuners délicieux.

Un peu rustique au premier abord,les équipement sont assez anciens et la salle de bain un peu petite. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre.

Dopo una attenta riflessione posso dire con certezza assolutamente nulla !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!esclusa la posizione a 10 metri dalla metro.

Luogo non molto profumato (solita moquette inglese), pavimento poco stabile e molto rumoroso( se di notte ti alzi per andare in bagno svegli tutta la camera), la chicca però è il bagno!!!!!!! In meno di un metro quadro(misurato) wc doccia e lavandino, il tutto di PLASTICA(modello prefabbricato). Se stavo sul wc non potevo chiudere la porta!!!!!! Una vergogna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Non andateci!!!!!!!!!!!

Liegt sehr gut, sorfort an Tube und Bus. Preis für London echt ok. Würde wieder dort hin fahren.

Prima locatie, nabij metrostation Holland Park. Betaalbaar logement.

Penetrante stank in het hotel. Matrassen zijn erg verouderd. Interieur ( o.a. gang met stinkend vast tapijt, voortuin waarin ranzige versleten matrassen staan opgehoopt) oogt weinig proper / hygiënisch. Uitbaters lijken beetje dubieuze types
