The only two positive things about it, was the prize. And for us, the location nearby the fair we were visiting and Notting Hill!! It was a dump, in strong need of a restoration. Seemed like the plaster on the walls were falling apart, curtains dreadfully dirty and barely hanging, barely covering the window. Bathroom....I try to forget about it, at least the smell. I feel sorry for the cleaning staff who has to deal with this!!!! And the breakfast..... the worst I have seen anywhere... . old instant coffee, some thick paper pretending to be bread with some plastic jam!!!! Cheep Cornflakes..... and some old canned fruit!!!! Disgusting |

It was a short stay, it has a good location. It is not clean, no telephone access to make outside calls. no internet access. |

The convenience to the underground, to Portobello Road, Hyde Park, and shopping, also of looking out on the green "residents' park" and the lovely row of houses on the square. Only the clanging of the doors |

Proximity to an Underground station. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in all of the UK and Europe. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We had to change rooms twice, due to a leaky toilet in one and broken shower in the other. The bathrooms were old and the rooms were too warm. The breakfast was poor - cold toast, no cereal. |

There is a tiny lift. Personel was nice. It is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very very dirty, carpet on the stairs must have never been vaccumed. It is very smelly. In our bathroom there was mould on the ceiling. The shower curtain was also moulded. It was disguisting. Beds in the room were torn and we could see wooden frames. There is only one electric socket so you can either watch TV or charge your mobile. I must admin that the room has been cleaned every day, towels were changed. But everything is so old there that it is just falling apart. Stay away from it! |

Great location, decent size rooms, 24 hour reception. the furnishings are a bit retro!! Well old really, bathrooms are old too, but if you want a secure place to crash, and not concerned with luxury, this will do you fine. |

I was travelling with my sister and we grew to love the hotel ...only a 3 day stay but it grew on us and we loved the quiet simplicity , we think the location is sublime and the staff most kind and helpful , it was cosy and we longed to stay longer the decor could be a little more considered, perhaps refreshed rather than redone as the quiet old fashioned atmosphere is more appreciated than obvious new decor ....the bed covers look a little faded and the extra blanket a little tired but the beds were great |

The zone where the hotel is placed. Breakfast was ok as well. Not so clean, heating was poor ( 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening), the owner did not turned on the heat even when kindly asked, the windows are old and it's kind of hard to close them. |

Location. Inclusion of breakfast in price. Responsiveness of manager to complaint. Poor quality bathroom. High level TV. Lack of tea-making facility. Slamming doors. Noisy bathroom fan. Smell in room. Old decor. Difficult lift and fire doors. |

The people at the front desk were super helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. Shower water was cold, until the third morning I realized it has to be turned on for several minutes before warming up. Would be good to tell customers about that. Also, could do with more than one wire hanger to hang pants on. Don't be so stingy. |

beliggenheden er god.Morgenmaden elendig.Elevator ude af drift og det ser ikke ud til at man har tænkt sig at få den repareret. få fikset elevatoreren.Køb en pose æbler/appelsiner i stedet for dåsefrugt. Dødsyg morgenmad |

La posizione! 1) Non è possibile lasciare le valigie in custodia, se si lascia la stanza e si intende girare per la città. Le camere avevano un odore pessimo, I letti rotti, le trapunte bucate, lo scarico del bagno rotto, l'arredamento vecchio. Lontano dalle immagini proposte su internet. Colazione non all'inglese! Le camere prenotate sono state 4. Neanche una era decente!!!!! |

Läget mycket nära Portobello road och t-bana det första rummet var lite väl enkelt. De flyttade oss då grannarna var ljudliga och då fick vi ett ok ru,m med fönster ut mot grönområde istället för mot en tegelvägg |

De locatie is helemaal goed, vlakbij Portobello Market, Metro Station, stadsbussen en hop on hop off bussen. En het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht, oploskoffie, geroosterd brood en verpakte cheddar kaas. En het hotel is echt gedateerd, lift was stuk. en de badkamer was echt oud en superklein. |
