Bedre senge, rene dyne-tæpper, opgradering af badeværelse bl.a. håndbruser med slange i stedet for fastmonteret, nyt toilet med lille skyl, lidt mere variation i morgenmaden. Et lille køleskab på værelset og el-kedel.

The only two positive things about it, was the prize. And for us, the location nearby the fair we were visiting and Notting Hill!!

It was a dump, in strong need of a restoration. Seemed like the plaster on the walls were falling apart, curtains dreadfully dirty and barely hanging, barely covering the window. Bathroom....I try to forget about it, at least the smell. I feel sorry for the cleaning staff who has to deal with this!!!! And the breakfast..... the worst I have seen anywhere... . old instant coffee, some thick paper pretending to be bread with some plastic jam!!!! Cheep Cornflakes..... and some old canned fruit!!!! Disgusting

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in all of the UK and Europe. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We had to change rooms twice, due to a leaky toilet in one and broken shower in the other. The bathrooms were old and the rooms were too warm. The breakfast was poor - cold toast, no cereal.

Great location, decent size rooms, 24 hour reception.

the furnishings are a bit retro!! Well old really, bathrooms are old too, but if you want a secure place to crash, and not concerned with luxury, this will do you fine.

Being close to London centre

Very poor shower, very small room, poor breakfast, room and hotel dated. Makeover needed asap

Poor quality bathroom. High level TV. Lack of tea-making facility. Slamming doors. Noisy bathroom fan. Smell in room. Old decor. Difficult lift and fire doors.

Very easy to get to.

Could not turn down the heating

The people at the front desk were super helpful and polite. Breakfast was great.

Shower water was cold, until the third morning I realized it has to be turned on for several minutes before warming up. Would be good to tell customers about that. Also, could do with more than one wire hanger to hang pants on. Don't be so stingy.

La posizione!

1) Non è possibile lasciare le valigie in custodia, se si lascia la stanza e si intende girare per la città. Le camere avevano un odore pessimo, I letti rotti, le trapunte bucate, lo scarico del bagno rotto, l'arredamento vecchio. Lontano dalle immagini proposte su internet. Colazione non all'inglese! Le camere prenotate sono state 4. Neanche una era decente!!!!!

det första rummet var lite väl enkelt. De flyttade oss då grannarna var ljudliga och då fick vi ett ok ru,m med fönster ut mot grönområde istället för mot en tegelvägg
