Notting Hill Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, beispielsweise gab es nur getoastetes Brot welches erst ergänzt wurde, wenn ein Korb ganz leer war. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, die Dusche und der sanitäre Bereich stark mit Schwarzschimmel behaftet. Das Zimmer hat stark nach Mottenkgeln gerochen.

It was a short stay, it has a good location.

It is not clean, no telephone access to make outside calls. no internet access.

The convenience to the underground, to Portobello Road, Hyde Park, and shopping, also of looking out on the green "residents' park" and the lovely row of houses on the square.

There is a tiny lift. Personel was nice.

It is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very very dirty, carpet on the stairs must have never been vaccumed. It is very smelly. In our bathroom there was mould on the ceiling. The shower curtain was also moulded. It was disguisting. Beds in the room were torn and we could see wooden frames. There is only one electric socket so you can either watch TV or charge your mobile. I must admin that the room has been cleaned every day, towels were changed. But everything is so old there that it is just falling apart. Stay away from it!

I was travelling with my sister and we grew to love the hotel ...only a 3 day stay but it grew on us and we loved the quiet simplicity , we think the location is sublime and the staff most kind and helpful , it was cosy and we longed to stay longer

the decor could be a little more considered, perhaps refreshed rather than redone as the quiet old fashioned atmosphere is more appreciated than obvious new decor ....the bed covers look a little faded and the extra blanket a little tired but the beds were great

The zone where the hotel is placed. Breakfast was ok as well.

Not so clean, heating was poor ( 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening), the owner did not turned on the heat even when kindly asked, the windows are old and it's kind of hard to close them.

Hot waeter does not come always.Especialy in the early evening. I had to ask to check the boiler many times.

La posizione!

1) Non è possibile lasciare le valigie in custodia, se si lascia la stanza e si intende girare per la città. Le camere avevano un odore pessimo, I letti rotti, le trapunte bucate, lo scarico del bagno rotto, l'arredamento vecchio. Lontano dalle immagini proposte su internet. Colazione non all'inglese! Le camere prenotate sono state 4. Neanche una era decente!!!!!

Läget mycket nära Portobello road och t-bana

det första rummet var lite väl enkelt. De flyttade oss då grannarna var ljudliga och då fick vi ett ok ru,m med fönster ut mot grönområde istället för mot en tegelvägg
