no kettle in room...bathroom too small

Grotty room. Mold on the shower curtains !! Health risk No plug in sink. Heating on full blast no regulators on the radiators Dirty windows The toilets so close to the shower you sit with one leg on shower basin Iam embraced to say it's proabley the worse of hotels I've ever stayed in

The location was fine for what we wanted to do in london which was to spend a couple of days sight-seeing and visiting museums.

We were very disappointed with the facilities in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky although it was clean. There were no tea/coffee making facilities and no hair dryer in the room. We were on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order for most of our stay.

The view from our front facing, top floor room was wonderful.

The room was, however, sparse, and the bed was a disaster. One of the top corners was so saggy that you'd fall out if not scooched to the middle -- and the response of the front office and housekeeping staff was that we could stuff some towels under us! Yikes! Still, hotels in London are so expensive that the Notting Hill's location in the charming neighborhood with easy public transportation access to the city's core made the saggy bed OK for the price.

Only the location was the I liked, that it's near a tube station, bus stop.Immediate cleaning of the room once you leave out. The staff was good.

having no internet facility, a very small room, with a very hard bed that makes me feel like Iam on an operating table with the head down, unless I changed the side. No sufficient electricity plugs, only one, either you watch the tv, or charge your mobile. also leaving the key each time you go out. no tea/coffee facility in the rooms. If you want to get some tea, you should go down to the groun floor

Die Lage war sehr gut, Bus und U-Bahn waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Portobello Markt war gleich in der Nähe.

Die Zimmer waren renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. die Betten schon etwas älter (die Sprungfedern drückten) und die Dusche könnte mal zumindest einen neuen Brausekopf und -schlauch vertragen. Die Fensterrahmen waren bestimmt noch nie innen gereinigt worden. Ansonsten wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gesäubert und Ungeziefer konnten wir nicht entdecken :-) Das Frühstück war grottig, es gab jeden Tag Toast, Marmelade und Dosen-Früchtesalat. Und Instant-Kaffee...

la collocazione molto vicina a holland park e ai giardini di kensington.. e ravvicinata al centro ed hai la comodità di far la spesa e prendere la metro per visitare musei monumenti o visitare la città stessa.

il fatto di non avere una connessione wi fi gratuita o quanto meno conveniente per potermi collegare ad internet. Di questi tempi è diventato importante anche come punto di riferimento per mappe e quant'altro.

très bien situé (portobello, kesingston gardens...) ,calme, metro très proche .chambre petite mais propre .très bon accueil

Siamo arrivati in hotel sabato sera dopo la mezzanotte, in reception mi hanno fatto pagare 7 notti con la carta prima di vedere la camera!Io e la mia ragazza dopo che abbiamo visto la camera eravamo rimasti senza parole!!!! Orribileeee! Sporca, polvere, ruggine, nel bagno, porte rotte, lavandino che perdeva acqua, chiodi arruginiti che spuntavano dal legno, moquette sul pavimento che aveva un odore sgradevole, piuomone con macchie marroni, wc non funzionante!!! Insomma un ambiente malsano! Abbiamo "diciamo" dormito e al risveglio, ovviamente senza lavarci perchè era impossibile (sfido chiunque) siamo andati nella zona colazione ma meglio che non descrivo quest'altra situazione e abbiamo chiesto il rimborso!Ci hanno fatto pagare un sola notte 95 sterlline e il rimborso di 530 sterlline che mi è arrivato sulla carta dopo 5 giorni!!! Siamo rimasti senza soldi fino a giovedi!!! E poi con grande coraggio senza conoscere londra siamo andati all hotel 10 pembridge! Very good!!!
