Notting Hill - Concept Serviced Apartments  

Location. Still a few tube stops into central London, but a great area to walk around.

The studio apartment (loose use of the word apartment), was basic in what it supplied. A small double bed pushed up against the wall. Rationed pillows (one each), no tea, coffee, sugar or salt supplies. Cheap plastic furniture and no lounge chairs supplied. The apartment was in the basement, so if you had the blind up, you were inviting the world to observe. The windows were clearly not double glazed as the traffic sound was quite loud. Felt cheap, so you would be better off getting a hotel for a cheaper price if your prepared to eat out.

Comfortable apartment, modernly decorated, warm, clean, very good location, very close to the metro station, just around the corner Portabello Road. I'll be back again. I recommend!

Quartiere molto bello e caratteristico, facilmente raggiungibile con I mezzi pubblici, servito da negozi di qualunque genere. Appartamento confortevole e pulito, con tutti gli elettrodomestici utili e funzionanti

Gli infissi delle finestre non sono termici e si sentono molto I rumori del traffico di notte

Wir fanden es sehr schade das wir keine leselampen hatten, keine Weingläser und keine große Stellfläche für unsere hygieneartikel.

The Apartment itself was very nice with plenty of space and in a great area, just around the corner from the portobello markets and convienience stores.

However everything was a bit basic for a weeks stay. They really needed to supply more tea towels, towels, toilet paper and a drying rack and maybe a toaster would have been nice, as well as more cleaning supplies.

The location, definitely. It was close to tube stations, bus stops, Portobello Road...Self-check-in was relatively simple. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The way the rooms/doors are set up, when people in the flat next to me came in, it sounded like my front door was opening...which was a little freaky. The view out the window was of a white wall - unless you looked at an angle in which case you got either someone else's window, or a view of a garden/park. All in all, relatively minor things. I still had a great time.

Great location, convenient access to major attractions by bus. Walking distence to Portebello st. where you can hang out late on the weekend. Apartment is extremely clean and modern. Staff is helpful.

It's said that check-in instruction has been sent right after my booking confirmed, but it's not, it's a day before our arrival while we're on the transit w/o access to internet. So we ended up standing in the rain can't get into the apt. Eventually we're fine, thanks to a kind staff's help. But please do make sure you deliver the instruction to customer as soon as booking confirmed. For people travel with big luggage: This multi-floor apt doesn't have elevator.

L'Assistenza sul posto è veramente carente. Ci è stato fornito l'indirizzo della reception ma nonostante le ricerche non siamo riusciti ad individuare la posizione (stiamo parlando di una città di circa 8.000.000 di abitanti), per cui sarebbe stato opportuno una presenza al momento dell'arrivo per avere le prime indicazioni (ad esempio sul funzionamento delle piastre elettriche del piano cottura, oltretutto prive di istruzioni). Il riscaldamento non era funzionante (nel periodo del soggiorno le temperature erano sui 4-5 gradi). Non c'era alcun utensile per fare un minimo di pulizia (es. Una scopa). Per aver qualche informazione abbiamo inviato messagi e fatto varie telefonate (una sola risposta ad una chiamata in loco effettuata da cellulare: praticamente per avere una informazione abbiamo pagato come una telefonata internazionale). Nella prenotazione viene data la possibilità di esprimere richieste particolari, puntualmente disattese. Il bagno ha dimesioni lillipuziane (circa un metro per due a voler esagerare). Il letto, per un lato, è praticamente incollato (nel senso letterale del termine) alla parete per cui gli occupanti sono obbligati a salire dallo stesso lato e scavalcare l'altro per scendere. Il prezzo pertanto è veramente eccessivo, considerato inoltre che non è prevista pulizia giornaliera o cambio biancheria.
