Bathroom was ridiculously small and the need to mop your own floor after a shower was not my idea of convenience. I understand the wet room concept, but this was too much considering the apartment cost per night.

Layout of the studio appartment was good. Fairly spacious. Very clean. Plenty of tea bags 7 milk - always good! Staff very polite.

TV remote was missing - that should have been checked. Very warm, no obvious instructions about temperature control. For the price would have liked breakfast included.

Location is great, Staff is friendly.

Room is very dull (lighting), carpet has stains. Water seems to have some problem, it felt it was never clean after the usage of soap.

Clean and comfortable. proximity toTube, shops and restaurants. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was very central close to the tube,staff were very friendly,room was very clean and enjoyable to stay in, notting hill was a lovely part of London would def stay here again

Friendly reception staff very well trained, accommodating and helpful. (Manu is particularly great.) Apartments were well presented and felt luxurious in the facilities and furnishings.

There really is nothing much negative to say. These are minor annoyances. 1. Overall, the building is overheated, I switched all my radiators off and still had to open the window (which made it a little noisier although it's a very quiet location). 2. There was no housekeeping each day, so staying two nights means your bed isn't made, and there was only enough tea/coffee/milk for one night, even though you pay the same for each night. 3. No washing up liquid or sponge provided and only one dishwasher tablet. (It's fine if you know and can take stuff with you from home.)

I had booked the wrong room category and was immediately without any fuss helped to a better room and this for a fair price. That was professional and took very little time. I did appreciate!

Bathroom floor needs some grout cleaner to make clean an excellent.

This is the 2nd time we have been, and we love the location and the rooms. My fiancé proposed here so we will always come back! As it will be special to us!

Both times we have come here we have seen a customer being turned away that's has booked and paid because they have been double booked

Shower didn't work the first day. Had to pull teeth to try and get a refund. Still haven't gotten a refund for the night that they agreed to give.

Excellent location to the centre of London, on the same tube line as Oxford Street, underground was a 1 minute walk from the accommodation.

Good hotel and conveniently located close to underground station and Portobello Road Market in bood neighbourhood. Good restaurants and coffeeshops close by

Bath room ok but out of tune with the excellent room. Woud have liked some comfortable chairs rather than the dining room chairs after a long day in London

Really convenient. Only 30 sec from central line tube station. Modern room really nice. We had a standard studio on 1st floor
