We had problem with the shower.

Location and value for money .easy access to underground and buses

I would have liked a mattress cover on the bed. A brush and dustpan would have been handy to sweep up around kitchen area. Did not like shower it was hard to regulate correct water temp.

The location was brilliant - close to the tube, and down a really pretty street. The apartment was small - about hotel room size, but with a small dining table and a kitchen area, but everything in the room other than the shower worked well and was of a high standard. They let us check in early, and it was very quiet the whole time we were there, we weren't disturbed by any other guests.

The bathroom had a shower in it, which was of a wetroom style - there is no curtain and the floor is just angled towards the drain. Sadly the shower could pump out water much faster than it drained away, and most of the bathroom would get wet during a shower. However, the shower itself was lovely, really powerful, and clearly intended to be pretty swish. If you had the shower not on it's highest power and just accepted that the bathroom floor would be wet post shower it was really enjoyable. We just put shoes on to go in after our showers and left the light on so the fan was going during the day. This was not ideal, but really didn't stop us enjoying our stay at all.

It is very close to Notting Hill underground. The staff is very good.

The cleaning staff was doing very sloppy cleaning. There were no shower cabins. the room was very cold. there were huge dents on the mattress, making sleeping very uncomfortable.

Great location on a quiet nice street with easy access via tube

The advertisement on web was free WiFi but actually there are charges. In addition, half of the time not working during my stay for six days...

Smoke from people smoking in an adjacent room on a non-smoking floor - caused a constant smell of smoke in our room which was choking. I had my little girl with me who began to cough because of the smoke. The room and buidling were excellent but this ruined everything as we couldn't sleep or stand being in the room for a prolonged period.

Web site pictures did not give a fair representation of the room, no lounge facility, internet not able to work, towels and linen were only changed one in a week!!

I loved the location and how easy it was to get to. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nice views.

The temperature of the shower could not be changed in both rooms so it made them very hot and very uncomfortable to have a shower.

This is a fabuouls hotel.close to the tube,shopping,and major sites Highly recommend it!

We had not stayed in this location previously but it is opposite friends flat so we booked in, The room was well appointed and exceeded expectation, even a dishwasher!! We felt we could stay for a longer trip and not have the expense of eating out every night, their could have been a few more cooking vessels perhaps. We especially liked the wet room shower idea. Ideal location if you want to Christmas shop on the Portobello market which is 3 minutes walk away. Quiet street with no disturbances in the night from other guests or outside activities and we were on the road front.

As newly refurbished the carpet grip between carpet and hard floor had not been hammered flat and as a result of this I cut my foot on it and bled everywhere. :( The wet room floor needed to be angled slightly more as the water did not drain away from the sink and toilet area although a mop was provided so it must already be known as a problem. We believe these to be teething problems and this would not stop us using the facility again in the future :)
