Good bed, great location for tube Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and good value for London
Bathroom was set up for disabled traveller with mediocre shower and very slippery floor
Very comfortable spacious rooms. Arrived early but this wasn't a problem and got checked in straight away.
Apartments could have had air conditioning.
Location and concept of aparthotel, superior
Bed was rock hard, stains on carpet and side of bed, room was generally tired and worn out, no soundproofing between rooms, no air conditioning so had to sleep with window ajar with constant traffic noise from Notting Hill Gate. I wouldn't want to pay rack rate for it!
Everything but the shower.
The shower is high and not adjustable. Could be improved by having an adjustable slide.
Nice staff Good location
Difficult to find Slow wifi Uncomfortable beds Poor cleaning Small bathroom
the windows cannot be opened. difficult to breath. tiny fridge bath not good. not possible to have an invoice
All rooms were a good size. Bed was very comfortable.
Limited equipment in kitchen. No instructions on how to use the micro/oven. The dvd player in the tv did not work and the alarm was set off at 3 in the morning by a delivery man.
Location!! which is a few minutes walk to Notting Hill Gate St., several minutes walk to famous & lovely Portbello market where we found many locations of scenes of movie "Notting Hill". the room was spacious especially for the bath area. there was auto dish washer which we loved and enough quantity of dishes & cutleries which was convenient for our in-home meals. Ready-to-help staff was also something I liked a lot.
Nothing particular but if I could request one improvement, I would want the bed mattress to be better one (we felt some itchness by rough springs while sleeping).
Location was nice.
Bed was not comfortable Bathroom was awkward . Slight damp smell. Staff were not very helpful.
location, location, location and quality of accommodation
Wonderful quarter, very close to Tube and Kensington Gardens. Clean, bright and well furnished. Very well equipped kitchen.
A little bit too hot during summer.
We like everything.
Was a very hot summer, it was a bit hot during the day, but no problem at night time
Quiet Confortable Clean Friendly People
I was aware but the shower is a very very cheap installation....... Everything is wet after you use it
Fantastic location, steps from the Tube, walking distance to some of the sites and shopping, helpful and friendly staff, the room was good - nice to have a small kitchen, wifi worked great - we were given a second password when we needed. Also the staff stored our luggage our last day so we could see a few more sites before heading to the airport. We would stay here again!
Bathroom was small but had everything we needed. Mattress was not the most comfortable but it ok
Cleanliness and location
Need air conditioning
Location was excellent,as it was close to NothingHill Gate Station. which made access to the west-end so easy and cheap.
Hated the room size, the rooms were so small, even for a London hotel. When we checked in the rooms were not ready, so we left our bags and came back a little after 10pm at night, and was showed to our room. On getting there,we found we had been checked into the basement room, with a window facing the street, so you couldnt open it, this was uncomfortable as we were in London in July, so the weather was hot. I am usually claustrophobic, so i was going out of my mind. When we approached asking for a change, the receptionist was a bit rude and it took me almost shouting, to get her to accept to change our room the next day as they were fully booked that nigth. Another major problem was the bathroom, the hotel's description images shows a bath tub and mentions an open plan shower, this does not begin to describe the situation of the bathrooms, the showers and the toilet are in one open space, with no shower cubicles, so when you take a shower the water flows into the toilet area. Each bathroom comes with a water shovel, so after a shower you begin your house chores, by using the water shovel to move water from the toilet and door into the drain, if you don't do this you have a mini pool in your bathroom. My husband and I particular found this irritating, dangerous and dirty, as when one of us had a shower it was so annoying for the other person to go in, because you have to step into a pool of water and make dirty footprints all over the floor and walk right back out with your wet feet into the room, so all in all we had a dirty room thoughout our stay, as they provided no foot mats to dry our foots. I almost fell on the first night, when i woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and tripped on the wet floor. So when you are here kiss goodbye to a dry/clean bathroom/room floor. The hotel confirmed all their studio apartments had this open plan floors, only the executive studios had bathtubs.

Location and proximity to Tube and Kensington Gardens, high Street Kensington and Kensington Church Street
Must look into installing air conditioner for summer days! Wish windows were bigger so I could have better view and more ventilation
Was very clean and comfortable. Reception was helpful. Modern, spacious room. Kitchen was clean and had all necessary utensils.
