The beds are always comfy at a premier inn
The bathroom although very clean smelt of urine
comfortable bed and pillows for a wonderful night's sleep. All staff friendly and helpful Food great
no mini fridge no pool or gym facilities No phone in room for a long stay resident would be nice to have DVD for movies / larger TV room a bit cold
Staff The Room
The noise next door
staff very friendly. Typical premier inn no different to others.
TV very small for room. Could do with AC as room so hot at night.
Comfy bed Nice room and bathroom Clean
Toilet paper single tissues - hard Not enough shelf space in bathroom No towel rail Bedside tables too small
Enjoyed the one night we spent here. Very comfortable easy access to where we were going. Friendly and breakfast was lovely
Customer service Standard of facilities
Room very small, double occupancy would have been cramped.
Hotel was very comfortable and reasonable
Karen (Receptionist) was extremely polite, welcoming & helpful. My lock on my suitcase wouldn't open & she managed to remove it without hesitation or complaint. We were siblings with partners & en route to a family wedding. Karen arranged a taxi cab to collect all 6 of us, which arrived promptly. Nothing was too much trouble & she is a refreshing welcome to meet & greet tired guests. Breakfast was nice. Nuala was helpful & attentive. Breakfast venue a little dark though. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.
The cost of 1 night @ £96 is excessive.
Location, cleanliness, great bed, friendly staff, great parking, value for money
No air conditioning (cooling), they did provide a fan. Restaurant had very greasy sticky tables Second day - no ice for drinks
The layout of the building was different from other Premier Inns we have stayed at but we like the internal courtyard arrangement very much as it gave a continental feel.
Clean, Good beds and very good bath shower.
Staff very friendly and approachable large room
No phone no shower
staff were very friendly and helpfull
drinks being added to bar tag that were not mine, but was sorted by staff.
Very friendly reception staff, great service.
The hotel wasn't too big which I liked and the rooms were excellent. Everything that is promised in a Premier Inn. There was plenty of space with a pleasant bathroom including a bath which made a nice change. It was stylish and clean and the beds were so comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice
There was nothing to dislike!
Reasonable size room with clean effective bathhroom, courtious staff, nice big family room for our son and his wife and children, good breakfast and last but not least very comfirtable bed with a choice if pillows.
Nothing really. If I was being fussy the car park could do with resurfacing.
Breakfast was very good
Staff were helpful. Comfortable room.
The range of food at the pub that is used for the hotel.
From the moment my family & arrived the staff have been fantastic, from opening doors to recommendations where to go,can't fault in anyway the hotel or the staff! I would so recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a friendly atmosphere!
Big, very comfortable bed. Excellent cleanliness. Friendly staff.
Fairly small room, no armchair and bed rather high to sit on. Long trek up and down outside steps to and from reception, car park and restaurant.
Great parking, friendly and clean.
Price is high for the location
On leaving the staff were genuinely concerned about the complaints about the room. Good big room.
The room smelt terrible. The air con did not work. The dishes from Sunday night were still in the room on Monday evening. The carpet needs to be refreshed
clean rooms, more than helpful staff and cctv car park
not enough time on wifi, breakfast lady improved since last visit but still further improvement needed
We had the 'disabled room 6' but found it clean , comfortable and warm. Lots of space. Good shower.
Tea, Coffee making facilities average, but staff at recepyion were helpful and provided replacements.
