The tram next door
A bit expensive
I loved everything about this hotel, clean room, comfy bed, great shower and bath, amazing bed and pillows, and we also had the breakfast on our stay for two days, both days were soooo yummy, and after getting a full breakfast the girl said I could eat more if I wanted, I was to full with the first plateful , you won't be disappointed .
There was no phone in room, just incase you needed to phone to reception in an emergency .
Uncomfortable squeaky bed Dust and cobwebs Unhelpful staff
Staff and breakfast
The bed (Mr Henry must be lying , and not down on the bed!!!!
The hotel was fine and the room, especially the bed very comfortable.
The room was clean
Hard bed pillows, were cheap and squashed down to nothing when you laid your head on them, shower was a trickle of water and I found it very difficult to wash my long hair with. Room was serviced inbetween our stay and when the towels were renewed (bearing in mind the room was booked for 2 people) only one bath towel was left when we asked for another we felt the receptionist thought we was lying due to cold response. We thought breakfast was expensive and should have been included in the price not on top and when we checked out we waited for ages for the receptionist to notice us as there were two other members of staff talking to her at the desk about their pay which i didn't think was appropriate in front of paying customers (and especially to ignore them and carry on the conversation in their presence whilst they were clearly waiting). All in all a bit disappointing and really not worth the money we paid ......
Rooms modern and spacious Kingsize bed and very comfortable, huge TV and big rooms. Restaurant next door serves good evening meals and a decent breakfast A good example of a well run Premier Inn Not far from the M1, and only 15 mins from Nottingham centre when traffic allows
Very busy and congested on the road from hotel back to M1 Junction 26 in the mornings - recommend you either leave before 7.45 or after 9.30!
Staff. Comfort Free parking Location near to public house
Too hot then too cold.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom were very clean. All 2 nights spent were quiet so you could have a good sleep. Located just next to a tram stop so it's very easy and quick to get to the city centre.
The restaurant was not really my kind of stuff so I not necessarily found the meals worth of money.
Food was good in the restaurant
The beds was very uncomfortable they gave me and my wife back ache
Very clean, duvet and pillows and location
Mattress was awful very hard
Ideal location, easy to get too, easy to get in and out of the city comfortable accomodation,
The room was very nice and the location of the beefeater restaurant was really useful.
Unfortunately there was a group of lads running around in the hall above us. The security guard had words but the were messing late at night then it started again at 4am so my sleep was interrupted. I found it annoying as the hotel was advertised as a quite inn.
I found the staff friendly and most helpful. They offered to help carry bags to the room and helped me with very young children in the dining room. Although near a main road, could hear no traffic noise and my children slept all though the night.
Unfortunately my mattress was uncomfortable. Felt like springs in my back. Awake most of the night as a result of this.
We have stayed in a few Premier Inns over the years and this one was the nicest of them all. Newly renovated, it looked very smart and was very comfortable. We had a surprisingly good evening meal at the adjacent Beefeater, which appeared newly renovated too.
We didn't enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke that drifted into both the small hotel reception and the Beefeater from a cluster of smokers. It would be good if the smoking area was a bit further away from the building. Service at breakfast was a bit slow - we had to wait 25 minutes for porridge but the matter was quickly rectified when we queried the delay.
Location and friendly, helpful staff.
Free car parking and accessibility to tram into the city areas.
Our room was equipped with a digital temperature display. Heating rather than cooling was the only option and the system was turned off, and the opening window restricted to only a few inches. With a desk top fan going at full output the temperature at 5am was 27.5 degrees. We now know that this heat issue is a known problem with the floor our room was situated (room 46) Our room was a Sauna and a most hostile environment and accordingly on check-out we mentioned the difficulties we had experienced and were offered the Premier Inn good nights sleep policy. "No problem we will refund today" was the response. Still waiting for your next move Premier Inn as we have not yet received any further communication or refund.
Comfortable bed and linen, nice fresh towels.
The restaurant was closed and told I could walk in the dark on a busy A road to a nearby hotel for dinner. Also informed that there were no hairdryers in the rooms. Witnessed a van windscreen being being smashed and tools stolen so did not feel safe and the staff were unconcerned. An option was offered to have food delivered (kebab/pizza etc.). After a very long day I retired to my room with a packet of crisps from the (not very well stocked) vending machine feeling rather hungry, unsafe and treated with casual apathy. Wi-fi - 30 mins free, not generous and informed on the site I would receive yet more unwelcome advertising etc. no thanks! I will certainly use my usual option of individual B&B's which are so much better value and welcoming over these faceless places.
The beds were lovely and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Staff were friendly and pleasant.
Breakfast in the morning came in a box which was not very satisfactory. Moreover, the hotel restaurant was shut down and under refurbishment for the duration of our stay. Whilst this may have been unavoidable, it would have been nice to have informed us of this prior to our visit, especially given that the location of the hotel meant there isn't much choice else where unless you drive into town.
Was charged for 4 full English breakfasts but no restaurant due to re- furb. No refund given and no prior warning regarding lack of facilities- terrible customer service. Will not use again!!!!!

The premier inn was spotlessly clean. Rooms were very comfortable with lovely added extras like a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were excellent. The food and service in the The food and service in the restaurant was excellent especially one waitress named Natalie. A lovely overnight stay. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable.
I couldnt say one negative comment about our stay.
