Freezing cold rooms Terrible breakfast Poor service in breakfast restaurant The good nights sleep guarantee is a way of shutting you up when you complain. I would never stay in a Premier Inn again.

The beds were very comfortable, room was nice and clean and Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from.

They got our room booking wrong.

The hotel and rooms were very clean

We didn't get what we had booked for and then got charged more on arrival. I was not happy at all. Another group in our party also had their booking mixed up. Very disappointed with the service.

Spacious rooms with good facilities, and a good Beefeater adjacent. It did what it said on the tin.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size.

the staff were freindly and helpfull, the breakfast was good, ample parking, it was situated near to where i was going to, they had efficient and easy-to-get taxis (good for a pedestrian like me), the restaurant next door was nice,

i have stayed in nicer rooms for less money, but it was adequate. during the first night of my stay i fancied a nice, relaxing and (importantly) hot bath, but couldn't get the water much higher than lukewarm, settled for a slightly warmer shower. there were no loo brushes in the bathroom, not good if you have had a dodgy tummy, and the toilet roll was single sheets... not all that helpfull if (see above)

It was the right spot for our stay. the rooms were very good, the meals exacly what you want.

As Aussie's we are used to having a small fridge, and phone in the room, this is a small dislike about the Premier Chain

Receptionist on the day of arrival, I think she was having a off day.

Friendly but unobtrusive staff, scrupulously clean premises, recently refurbished. Easy parking, good quality food. Thirty mins free wi-fi per 24 hours.

Troublesome plug design in the bathroom basin - ours got jammed shut! It was then promptly repaired. On arrival signage was not clear from the road - the notices for the Beefeater Grill are much more prominent than those for the Premier Inn - maybe the hedge needs cutting...

Booking.com only let me book a disabled double room,i rang premier inn and they said if I rang back I could book a regular double room as there was some available or I could ring booking.com and get it changed through them. I rang booking.com and asked if they could change my booking to a normal double room - they took my number and said they would ring me back after speaking to premier inn, I presumed the same night as id already been on hold while they tried to contact premier inn.this was monday. I didnt hear back till thursday afternoon and that was after I had to email you again! They then told me no normal double rooms were available! So I rang premier inn nottingham on friday and after 5 attempts to ring and being cut off every time I got through to customer service - they told me a note would be put on my reservation saying to move me off the ground floor. When I arrived I was given a disabled room on the ground floor and told I had no other options! Overall I didnt enjoy my dealings with booking.com or premier inn

Good location for our stay & value for money.

location cleanliness and comfort, close to motorway and next to tram park and ride.

The location was perfect. The staff were very helful and friendly. Did not eat at the hotel but offered a coffee whilst waiting and not charged for it which made a nice change. Food looked very good and will stay there again.

It was a good place to stay

Very helpful and pleasant front desk. Budget hotel with great location away from centre of city for a peaceful night. Problem with lock on door reported within 5 minutes of stay and we were moved by the hotel staff to an upgraded room whilst we went for a meal in adjoining restaurant. Excellent service and good example to the rest of this hotel chain. Will certainly use again.
