Just one mile from central Nottingham and on the city bus route, the Park Inn is in Sherwood Rise. Free on-site parking is available and a 24-hour front desk is available. A satellite TV and tea and coffee facilities feature in each simply decorated modern room. A free newspaper is also offered and each room has a private bathroom with a shower. A seasonal menu is served in the RBG Bar and Grill which specializes in gourmet burgers and steaks. International beers, wine and spirits are available in the Park Inn by Radisson Nottingham’s bar which has a pool table. Nottingham Castle is a 10-minute drive away and has both a museum and an art gallery. Nottingham Royal Concert Hall is less than 2 miles from the hotel. Facilities are good and so is the breakfast, Very clean, room. This is my second time I have used a Park Inn, the first being in Manchester. On both occassions the reception upon arrival was incredibly slow and the most inefficient I have ever come upon. Do not need this after a journey.

In 3 words "not very much"! The reception service was truly appalling. Wrong rooms, wrong nights, inconsistant pricing - a shambles. Newcomers could turn up & get better prices. Best to book beforehand, arrive & enquire re. Room rates. If you get a better rate than you already have then take it. Immediately afterwards cancel the pre booking. The staff, in whole, were poor. Even ordering a taxi was too difficult. I ordered a 10 seater - and a 4 seater turned up!1 I won't ever stay there again. If things could go wrong they did. I pre booked a twin room, and was given the keys to a double. It's not rocket science!!

Nothing - will go back to staying at Premier Inns No heating in bedroom on the first night. Maintenance took a while to fix it on the second night.

It was an easy 15 minute walk down Mansfield road to Nottingham City Centre, there were plenty of buses and taxis around however we had no issue with walking. Staff were friendly & even on New Years eve/day most facilities were open. Car parking was free which was an added bonus too. The rooms were a good standard and looked to have been updated in the recent past. Internet access seemed expensive at £12.50 per day considering a lot of similar chains offer in free of charge or much cheaper (Days Inn C.£4.00/day), this didn;t really bother us though.

Slight mix up when reaching our room we had booked a superior room and had been checked into a standard double,on pointing this out we where immediately moved to a superior(within minutes) and enjoyed our stay,the staff across the board where very courteous and friendly at all times, would recommend this Hotel to anyone who would be looking to stay in Nottingham just 5 minutes by bus to city centre

We were pleasantly suprised with the quality of the hotel and found it superior to other hotels we have stayed in the past whilst visiting nottingham. There was ample parking and the staff were friendly and accomodating. We had booked an evening meal for the first night but requested that this be changed to the second night and this was done withour hesitation. On the secind night they allowed use to chose our meal from the full menu and not the reduced menu in the bar in the evening.

Family accommodation provides 2 connecting rooms. Great for everyone in the family to have a bed to sleep in instead of sofabed and very spacious. Good out of town location for families. Breakfast met all the family's needs. Room decor bit tired looking - lots of marks on Walls and carpets a bit grubby. Only 1 pillow provided and no blankets. We were cold the first night. Bathroom sink leaked onto floor. More expensive than some chain hotels. No offers available for our 3 night stay. No incentive for returning guests.

Room very small, and a bit of a disappointment. No wardrobe - just a rail for hanging clothes. An ok room, but not somewhere to go to relax. Served it's purpose as a b&b whilst we visited family.
