Good location and the breakfast was ok.

Poor communication from the staff, only 1 pillow per person in the room

Great breakfast, good location, nice pool/sauna/jacuzzi, good value (paid £65 last minute for double room including breakfast.)

Rooms noisy - bring earplugs!

Hotel was clean and car park was close by.

Room was very small and the breakfast not worth £12.50

I would like to say that all the staff at the Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly but in particular Steve, the Manager who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble from the packed lunch for my daughter each day to the sorting out without fuss of our room as we were given a double bed initially when I asked for single beds. We will definitly return.

Good lighting in bathroom but could do with a brighter light in bedroom for when applying makeup.

It was close enough to city centre for eating out and a few drinks, but not too close to hear night life.

Clean modern comfortable room. Good breakfast. Convenient position.

Receptionist took a while to acknowledge our arrival and continued with what she was doing for several minutes before greeting us. There were no other customers at the desk. A quick 'hello - I will be with you in a moment' would have been polite and acceptable.

The hotel room was very clean and I was extremely happy with this. The staff were polite enough, not overly friendly but not rude either. There were good facilities in the hotel which unfortunately we did not get chance to use but thought it was good they were on offer. It is fairly close to the city centre but you couldn't really walk it, however a taxi only cost 4 to 5 pound and took 5 mins to reach the city centre. Good value for money hotel!

The room was quite small but it didn't really matter.

Greeted with a used needle in the car park. Room was very small cost £95 Room only. No bath only shower, Mould round the window. No radio on the TV. No biscuits with the Tea and Coffee facilities. Stayed in better for cheaper certainly would nt rate as a 3/4 star. Receptionist not very helpful - didnt ask about Breakfast in the morning and if we had enjoyed the stay or not. Overall very very poor for £95 1 night room only expect better!!!

booked 2 twin rooms got 2 double rooms told free news paper in morning had to pay for them at end of stay not enough milk in room one room had iron board ,iron, hairdryer the other did not could have had a choice of 2 pillows instead of 1 per person

Good parking, location, staff, room was nice but a little small but fine for one night, .

The spa area was good although a youth who appeared to be on drugs and had to be told not to smoke around the pool by myself should not have been given access in the first place, an attendant in the pool area should be mandatory. This would also have stopped 4 youths messing about and spoiling the area for several people. We had enough and left the pool early.

The staff were helpful, the rooms were comfortable for a short stay and the hotel food was good and reasonably priced. The location was ideal for our purpose which was visiting a family member at Nottingham City Hospital and the hotel receptionist was happy to organise a taxi for us when required.
