This central Premier Inn is close to the Ice Arena, Nottingham Train Station and shopping areas. Its location is great for families and for clubbers looking for nightlife. Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road) has a restaurant/bar serving a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes, and bedrooms have incredibly comfy beds. Some rooms at Premier Inn can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. The full all-you-can-eat breakfast has the expected cooked items, including vegetarian sausages, as well as a wide continental selection. Hotel Rooms: 87, Hotel Chain: Premier Inn.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided five star service. The fish and chips. We're also outstanding, other food plentiful but average quality. Room quiet on the top floor as far as traffic but twice V.noisy after midnight with groups of men coming back banging doors and shouting. Overall the three day meant I could get my business done but would not come with family for a break. Dislike having to pay outrageous charges for wifi and lack of consideration of other guests late at night.

We have never encountered such wonderful staff. The two people on duty in the dining room at sat morning breakfast were exceptional, all the staff were a credit to the hotel.

The view was lovely from our room window .we watched barges going past it seemed very tranquil The breakfast was not enjoyable it tasted like charcoal and the sausage were raw in the middle . we only had enough tea and coffee for one drink we had to get some at the reception.also the booking was mixed up they had a double bed for us when we ordered twin beds .

Not easy to find since coming from the local roundabout you could not see the sign until we turned round and came back. Post code showed it on the other side of road.

The Staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant staff. Very friendly and personable. Also liked the fact there was a fan in the room which proved useful as had to shut the windows to eliminate the road noise. The soap dispensers in the room were empty or almost empty. The towels were horrible (but I do like soft towels). And the pillows were terrible.

It's location. Very easy to find and that there was a car park that guests did not have to pay to use. I was not told the times of breakfast so missed this despite paying for same the night before. Would be useful if guests could be notified on the menu and also a brochure of some sort in the room explaining the set times for breakfast, dinner, lunch.

Good location and close to all amenities. I did not dislike anything but I thought that the location map on the web site was not to scale. It is not a complaint as everything was actually closer that the map suggested.

“The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The shower was great - really powerful. We had a lovely view as we were on the 11th floor. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to have our room until 3pm, at no extra cost, so that I could shower after running the 1/2 marathon. Breakfast was good.” Cynthia, St Albans |
