Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road)  

Bien ubicado, personal muy amable, desayuno correcto, habitaciones amplias, comfortables y supersilenciosas. Todo muy bien

The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided five star service. The fish and chips. We're also outstanding, other food plentiful but average quality. Room quiet on the top floor as far as traffic but twice V.noisy after midnight with groups of men coming back banging doors and shouting. Overall the three day meant I could get my business done but would not come with family for a break.

Dislike having to pay outrageous charges for wifi and lack of consideration of other guests late at night.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Nottingham and has a nice restaurant and bar

We stayed in a disabled access room and it smelt strongly of urine

Not easy to find since coming from the local roundabout you could not see the sign until we turned round and came back. Post code showed it on the other side of road.

The Staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant staff. Very friendly and personable. Also liked the fact there was a fan in the room which proved useful as had to shut the windows to eliminate the road noise.

The soap dispensers in the room were empty or almost empty. The towels were horrible (but I do like soft towels). And the pillows were terrible.

Close to all amenities staff always very helpful and friendly second stay there very happy with service

Staff were excellent. We we there for a football match which was cancelled and we had no problem in cancelling our second night's stay, with a full re-fund. Must mention Amy the waitress in the resteraunt. Absoulutely brilliant, what a lovely person!!

Good parking, friendly staff, cleanliness, easy to find, dining/breakfast facilities were excellent with helpful and friendly staff on hand.

Excellent food, very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms well serviced. Kevin at reception most informative and went out of his way to address all our needs .Waitress at breakfast time has lovely personality and made us feel very much at home.
