Staying in the City Centre was ideal and having parking included was very convenient. We were able to tend to business during the day and easily walk to dinner in the evenings. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the best I have encountered and we all commented on it. Breakfast cooked to order made a pleasant change from an overpriced buffet. I was in a room next to the stairs and it was quite noisey, particularly when people were going to breakfast. |

the staff was not helpful, I found the room is not family room like other Premier inn hotels that I tried it was very small, the water boiler was dusty when I asked for another one they brought me another dusty one!! |

The location of the hotel to the city centre ie walking distance. Access to Holme Pierre Point, ie under five miles away and easy to find and get to. Yes you have to pay for wifi access to internet. |

location is not as central as the description would suggest. It is a good 10 minute walk to to cafe's and bars in town. |
