I liked the fact it right near station the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were realy good can't fault anything maybe price bit high the day we stayed
The bathroom felt like it had never been used. The whole room was very clean and the bed was huge and really comfortable. The two ladies and gentlemen who served at breakfast were a credit and so welcoming. They bent over backwards to help my husband and I
Everything!! No noise, cool room( temp)
Not much choice on TV!
Excellent continental breakfast. 2 for 1 bar offer
Hotel was easy to find with parking on site which was good for Central Nottingham. Staff were welcoming and friendly, we did not have a television remote which was brought straight up when requested. Short walk to the capital fm arena. Room was clean and tidy.
We were advised not to use the restuarant unless we had plenty of time before our show in the evening, as they were slow...we went out to eat. Shower in the room not very powerful which was a shame since the room was newly refurbished.
All the staff were brill' very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and they all had a smile for you.
Friendly staff, comfortable spacious room..
Position to our booked events
room, hotel itself no problems, ideal location
From checking in to checking out the staff were friendly and approachable, they all were genuine in their attitude to our group of ten stags, at some hotels pleasantries seem to be forced but that does not apply here. I did have to wait awhile for breakfast but that's to be expected when cooking to order, the breakfast was a perfect cure for my hangover
The staff every member was so nice and helpful
The hotel had no aircon so sleeping was made impossible for my 4year old son wife and I. A real shame.
Easy access to city centre
Noise of bar and late night revellers returning to the hotel.
Beds very comfortable. Our children slept very well. All of us enjoyed going down every morning for breakfast. It is great that we had a bath and a shower, with young children this makes life easier. The check out time of 12pm gives you time to relax and pack up in relaxed time. We enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn. Thank you
Comfortable clean rooms and helpful staff
Minor point, other premier inns have hot breakfast buffet rather than waiter service my preference would be hot buffet but not a major issue
Set up and location is good.
1: House keeper wake us up as they want to clearn room and leave. 2: Lift was out of service Sun & Mon. Glad when we check out we did not have to carry our suitcase 4 floors down.
Beds, clean rooms, excellent staff very helpful, food good quality.
Been over the reception area meant we had our sleep disturbed on more than one occasion on the first night with rather loud drunken girls, if we had air conditioning we might not have had to have the windows open, but all we had was a noisy broken fan, just one bad nights sleep, but no refund for that night just 2 days free internet for £6. also traveling with a young infant, all the switches and kettle were at his level to easy for him, this is great for the disabled but not child friendly.
Everything about this hotel was excellent friendly staff the new rooms were excellent comfy beds clean and tidy
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel
Staff and food was excellent especially Amy in the restaurant. If you are a hen party or stag or just out to party use this hotel. If you're a family stay away.
The location maybe central but it's a main roundabout which stays busy through the night. It's noisy with large parties of drunk people on there way back to the hotel.
The staff were really helpful and accommodating despite having hundreds of triathletes descending on their hotel who wanted to keep their ridiculously expensive bikes in their rooms and get up ridiculously early. They even put on breakfast at 3.30am.
The hotel is on a canal towpath which seems to be popular with very loud teenagers in the small hours.
The friendly staff, although they were under pressure, at meal times.
The restaurant, breakfast was fine but evening meal was not good at all, the door to the kitchen had no glass in and quite dirty too.
Hannah on reception was excellent from helping sort a problem on check in to the moment we checked out . Also the 3am breakfast for all triathletes was very welcome, thankyou to the staff members who catered for us all
The room was clean and spacious. The staff were always cheerful and efficient, and the food excellent.I would definitely stay here again if I was in Nottingham
Our room was above an outside table area, which was noisy at night, so we had to close the window despite the heat.Luckily the room came with a fan
The staff very friendly and helpful, reasonable amount of parking and close to things.
The Quality of the food was questionable and the speed it came out of the kitchen terrible. Evenings and breakfasts. 1hour 30mins for portion of chips!!!!
Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good.
- Good room design - Excelllent location
- Absence of the minibar
