the reception staff were great. Executive room was nice , we liked the "this works" sleep pack. Liked the pillows and bedding. The breakfast was nice and restaurant not too busy - big and spacious!

Bathroom was dated and needed an upgrade to bring to standard of rest of room. Could hear coughing next door - Walls quite thin for executive rooms.

Leisure club clised Bar food very late and poor quality No staff around Am to serve coffee

Spa has burned down and no leisure facilities available. Wasn't told until I booked in so was stuck in Nottingham for 2 days. Didn't want to travel to neighbouring hotel to use services .

There had been a fire earlier in the week so the spa facilities and swimming pool were closed. We chose the hotel because of the pool and were disappointed not to be told until arrival.

The quiet was wonderful and the bed comfy. Breakfast was lovely too.

Location excellent for city centre and rock city music venue .

The room was a little smaller than I expected. The leisure facilities were too busy and loud to relax and we had no chance of getting in the Jacuzzi or sauna. To many Hen/Stag Do`S. Bar took a very long time to serve 2 drinks.

It was a very nice clean hotel with excellent bar facilities and in close proximity to all local amenities. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

the room way the smallest room we have ever stayed in, infact it was meant to be a double but i think it was a single. My husband has stayed in a lot of hotels and he couldn't believe the size. Our box room at home was bigger than that room and to use the toilet was a joke as the door wasn't well placed... also the spa facilities was really small the pool was more of a dipping pool than a 'pool' and was full of giggling girls on hen parties so not relaxing at all.

We stayed here because of the closeness to the Nottingham Royal Theatre. My Husband and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel backed onto the theatre and we didn't have far to walk. The hotel is pretty much central for everything. So ideal for a night out or even a shopping trip. We will be using this hotel again.

Having to rely on aircon for fresh air. Being an asthma sufferer, having to use aircon is not the best.

The staff were fantastic, bar staff and reception staff. only visited the bar on the Monday morning. Urban Rooms was also great.

The rooms looked a little tired, e.g bathroom dated, and carpets a bit grubby looking. compared to new hotels it is a little basic. But one of the best in Nottingham.

We was told that the breakfast was from 7 - 11. However, on Monday the day we were checking out, it finishes at 10! On your board in the restaurant area, it also stated 10.00am More lighting the rooms

The spa area was clean and well maintained. Rooms where nice and clean. Reception staff very professional. Lobby area looks nice. Breakfast was delicious

Wi fi costs not acceptable. Parking prices too high. City location can explain this however I have never paid parking in London.
