Hotel is of good standard. Rooms are nice, clean and well-equiped. Staff is always nice with clients. The pool is heated - that's great for relaxing - Jaccuzi and Hamam... The food is good (Gourmet). Internet is free at reception - Situated near a Tesco x-tra and mother Care... Train and bus is 2 minutes walk from hotel. 10 minutes train to Edinburgh city centre (Waverly station - 2 stops) - £2.20. 5 minutes drive to Heriot- watt university by Taxi @ £6.00. I would recommend...

Room had everything we needed. Food in the bar after 10 pm was very welcomed and delicious. Breakfast was also excellant especially the black pudding! The pillows were too soft yet lumpy - not very comfortable.

good parking, friendly staff, good food. The room was very cold. The thermostat was set to the max @ 24 but I estimate the room temperature to never exceed 14. The hallway was warmer. We were told that it would warm up within two hours, which it never did. The weather outside was terrible and it was cold wet and windy. I expect a hotel to be warm and not have to wait on the room to warm up.

The beds were large and comfortable. The food, whilst not as gourmet as it promised to be, was nice enough with good portions. The room was quiet and well lit. Three of the four mains sockets in my room didn't work. I had to pay for my wifi, which I do not expect nowadays. The coffee was made by a single push machine and was not of a high enough quality for the price.

The rooms are very well appointed, friendly staff, and the restaurant seemed very good. The price quality seemed among the best of the hotels in and around airport. The leisure side was a tad disappointing - pool is a bit small, as is the gym (though it has the basics and with good equipment). You don't go for the view.

The hotel and the staff were really lovely. The staff were so friendly. They have got the best customer service. One lady went the extra mile for us and I really appreciated that. The hotels facilities were very good and the hotel was very clean. I have no bad points to say.This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed and with the best customer service ever. I recommend this to everyone and I have already started planning my next trip there
