The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were a good size, clean and had everything you would need including a hairdryer, an iron, air conditioning and a power shower. The hotel is situated just outside of the city, but is only about 100 yards from Edinburgh Park train station, which is just two stops into the City Centre. I also enjoyed a daily swim and the steam room. The restaurant and room service prices were quite high. |

The room was very nice, nicely decorated and very clean and fresh. The atmosphere in the hotel was really nice. The one thing I did not like was that they did only serve "English Breakfast".. I come from Sweden so I prefer sandwiches with with maybe cheese as breakfast but that was not at all on the buffe. Further on it would have been nice with a bench or something outside the hotel for smokers or people that wait for the taxi. |

Access from the railway station was great (5 min walk). Close to business site I was visiting. The window had a faulty catch, I didn't notice it until I tried to close the window later in the evening, but this didn't cause me a problem as the site although close to the ring road was not affected by noise. So would be happy to stay there again. |

The hotel has lots of amenities and is conveniently located right next to the train station of Edinburgh Park, just 7 minutes and £2.10 away from the city center. |

I have rated the staff as poor, as we requested the times of the train to Edinburgh from edinburgh Park Station and were told that th train came at 11.12am. This was not correct and as such we missed our connecting train and had to pay £40.00 each for a new ticket. Not impressed. |

The gym facilities were excellent as was the swimming pool and steam room. A real treat and luxury When I woke up after my first night I apeared to have 6 small bites on my back. This is a pet friendly hotel, and I wonder if the rooms are checked for fleas? This was the only issue - everything else was really superb! |

Please write at least 15 words Difficult to find. Would be better if instructions directed travellers to take Hermiston Gate exit from the city bypass. |

The hotel was modern and the rooms were very clean and airy. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were good. Our room was situated next to the train tracks. The view outside was of a building site across the way. Noise from the building site woke us during the early hours of the morning. If our room was located elsewhere then the stay would have been perfect. |

Even though the hotel is located out of the city centre, it is only a 5 minute walk, to the nearest train station, with trains into the centre of Edinburgh every 15 minutes. The hotel is clean, modern, friendly & has excellent facilities. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were made to feel at home straight away. it was rather too hot but there was air conditioning, so we should have sorted that out. Also it was noisy because of a goods train going past the hotel on our side all night. There is also a flyover being built which will make it even noisier in the future. |
