The hotel employees were outstanding from the prompt checked in to the day of our check out, the food was of a good standard and our executive room was as described both my wife and I would commend this hotel to our friends. The separate toilet in room 508 requires redecorating it looks and smells like they have had a water leak at some time?

Very quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Good television. Attentive front staff who responded efficiently to several requests. Decor and style in the corridors outside the room was depressing. Continental Breakfast at £13.95 was not an attractive proposition and cooked breakfast was even more expensive. Those factors together with a restaurant that was reminiscent of an early seventies Dr Who set with no evidence of the existence of a kitchen or semblance of food mitigated against the hotel as a venue for eating. This could be an injustice, but at these prices, not many people would take the risk.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location was very central as you could walk to shopping area,bars and restaurants. I felt the hotel was not very good value for money and food in the hotel was very expensive in comparison to other city centre hotels.I also found the hotel was not very accomodating to some of our needs.

Huge room with lots of comfort. Location is ideal, only 1minute walk to bus station, 2 minutes to the Albert docks, 1 minute walk to Liverpool 1 shopping. If the price stays low I will return Everytime.

Have stopped at novotel liverpool before,the location is excellent, right in the centre of liverpool one, good size rooms for a short stay. Breakfast is very expensive if bought in the hotel. Nice suprise was on checking out, receptionist gave us a discount voucher for the multi story carpark next door saving us £4.50 on the 24 hour parking charge.

We enjoyed the leisure facilities We were originally in a 1st floor room and when we complained the air conditioning wasn't working, were moved to the 11th floor, where it still didn't work, but at least the window gave us a small amount of breeze. Unfortunately the hotel is on the same road as the Cream club, so it was v noisy! The bed sheets didn't fit the beds, as soon as you sat on a bed, they came untucked and I spent most of the night just sleeping on the mattress.

Really easy to find right next to Liverpool one bus station and shopping centre so no problem getting from the airport to the hotel by bus. Lovely swimming pool and steam room myself and my mum used the pool and gym facilities each morning before we tackled the numerous amount of shops that are right on the doorstep. All in all we had a great time at the Novotel hotel Liverpool.

Great location close to shopping centre. Public secure car parking just over the road which is at the usual high city prices, but you get a discount voucher for staying at the hotel. Friendly staff and very cosy, modern room. Enjoyed the stay even if it was just for the one night. Excellent value for money.
